In this video I explain two of the main theories of how #cramp (or 'charley horse', if you're in the States) occurs, and what can be done when cramp strikes. I also talk about what kind of training might be useful if you regularly suffer from cramps.

Poor #sleep is a very common issue. One third of people in the UK suffers. In this video I identify some of the problems that come from not sleeping well. I then focus in on the impact that it can have on sports performance with a reference to the Stanford Basketball Study from 2011. After this, I mention some more general #benefits of good sleep, before finishing up with some thing you can do to get better sleep.
