The Answers You Are Looking For Are Not On The Floor
The other day I was doing an online workout and the instructor was reminding us to keep our head, neck and back in alignment for the particular exercise we were doing. In this reminder to us, she said "The answers you are looking for are not on the floor". I actually stopped the workout and started laughing at that moment. All I could think of was "wow, that is so true!".
In this episode, I share my thoughts on what goes on when we are looking down at the floor for answers, all the places we look for answers and how there are other options for us to find what we are looking for. We don't always have to be on a quest to fix ourselves through having someone else dictate our lives, comparing ourselves to someone's "perfect" life on social media or waiting for the next course or class to "fix" us.
You are not broken and you do not need fixing. This episode is a reminder of how you have the answers inside of you that you are looking for. It's time to take your personal power back and in this episode, I share my thoughts on how that can be done.

I used to fear change, especially if I was particularly comfortable in something such as a job or a relationship. I didn’t want it to end, even if I knew it wasn’t good for me. As you can imagine, that never ended with me being happy and I caused myself a lot of heartache by resisting change.
I’ve been thinking about change a lot lately and how much of it we have all gone through (and are still going through)in 2021. Change means something different to me now and I no longer fear it. Even though I don’t fear it, I haven’t really reconciled in my mind what to do with change yet. On this week’s episode, I share my thoughts on how I’ve been working through changes in my own life and some practical ways we can all use to get to the other side of change.

The work I do is all about helping us all free ourselves from “the matrix”. This means freeing ourselves (and our minds) from the programming we have been taught throughout society, government schools (aka indoctrination centers), hollywood, big tech and the list goes on.
Programming is not just what is imprinted upon us by the Matrix, it’s also freeing our minds from our own negative thoughts, loops and patterns that keep us stuck in these places that we don’t want to be.We have a choice and we get to end the suffering that goes on in our minds (which is often self-imposed) and we can live better as a result!
In this livestream, I share some thoughts on how easy it is for us to believe we have the full story about something, when we don't, and what we do to ourselves as a result of that. Many of us automatically go to negative thinking, assuming the worst and that there is no possible outcome that will make us happy.
But what if there was another way to think about things? And what if that started with asking ourselves better questions? In this live stream, I share 4 questions you can ask yourself to free yourself from the box and open your mind to infinite possibilities. I hope you enjoy it!

Most thoughtful people have questions like: what is the nature of reality? Why is there evil? Unfortunately, many of these people believe you have to have “blind faith” or trust some weird mystical approach in order to explore these questions from a religious perspective. My guest this week is Arthur Yavelberg, author of the book A Theology For The Rest Of Us and he offers a different view on these questions. In Arthur’s book and this conversation, he shows that is not the case; that religious responses to spiritual questions can be quite rational and even empowering.
Arthur has said he has thought about these issues for many years and he has come to realize that there are many religious traditions that can offer guidance in ways that do not require people to surrender their sense of reason. His motivation was to share this process so that people can use it to come to their own conclusions. A Theology For The Rest Of Us challenges people to be independent: to explore the various teachings but not necessarily to commit to any one of them.
This interview is not telling you what to believe, in fact it is quite the opposite. It is a discussion on how to look at things like spirituality, religion, divine intelligence in a different light so you can take what works for you and leave the rest. This is a very thought provoking and honest discussion on some big topics, don’t miss it!
More about the book, A Theology For The Rest of Us: If God exists and is good, why is there evil? Avoiding such questions underlies the spiritual emptiness and anxiety in today's world. A Theology for the Rest of Us explores how to approach the divine through Eastern and Western religious traditions without dogma, challenging readers to "be you lamps unto yourselves."
In a time of internecine wars and all kinds of abuse of authority and trust, too many good, thoughtful people are "voting with their feet" and turning away from organized religion. Popular "spirituality"-a sort of mysticism-lite articulated in memes-is often unsatisfying as well. A Theology For The Rest Of Us is a straightforward approach to the fundamental questions of religion and philosophy: Does God exist? Is there free will? What is 'evil'? And many more questions many seekers ask.
More about Arthur Yavelberg: Formally, Arthur Yavelberg has two Masters Degrees: one in Jewish philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary and one in educational administration from Northeastern Illinois University. Much more important, however, is that he has close to 40 years experience of making spiritual and historical concepts accessible to people of all ages in many different settings. These years culminated with the opportunity to teach in an international day school in Singapore. That allowed Arthur to travel throughout Asia and explore questions of spirituality with a wide variety of people. As a result, he is uniquely qualified to present these issues in ways that individuals can understand and about which they can make decisions for themselves. You can connect and ask questions with Arthur and other seekers in his Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/643076020132605. You can also email Arthur directly at ayavelberg@outlook.com with your questions and comments. You can find A Theology For The Rest Of Us on Amazon https://amzn.to/3KlEhOV and wherever books are sold.

The phrase "I am" is one of the most powerful statements you can make because you are going to believe what comes after it. When you decide to be deliberate with this phrase, it forces you to get clear on what you want. This clip is an excerpt from a powerful interview I did with Wayne Pernell. In this clip, Wayne and I talk about training your subconscious, why we fight for our own limitations, and if there is something you truly desire that you can do it. Whatever that "it" is for you, you can do it because it's in you or you wouldn't have the desire! Wayne shares his experience with working with clients and how most people don't dare to desire. As a result, they live lives they don't want to live. But when you start to pay attention to those desires and take a step towards them every day, you start to recognize that mutual energetic connection that is there. You stop telling yourself you can't and you ALLOW SPACE FOR THE DREAM! This is another powerful segment, if you'd like to watch the full interview, you can find the link here: https://www.bitchute.com/video/mVDkBK9FnKcq/
Why do we love negative thought patterns? Why do we hang on to them for dear life and argue for our own limitations? You might be surprised at the answers. On this week's show, my guest is Dr. Wayne Pernell and we explore the topic of releasing our grip from negative thought patterns. We discuss the importance of our language and how we talk to ourselves, how to reframe negative thought patterns in the moment and the importance of daring to dream again. Wayne even gives me on the spot coaching about the language I am using!
I absolutely loved this interview and I think you will too. There are so many nuggets of actionable information in this episode that even if you just apply one of them, you will have significantly changed your life for the better. You have the power to do every single thing we talk about in this episode and you have more power than you know. Sometimes we all just need to be reminded of that. If you are looking to get out of a rut you feel stuck in, need inspiration or just want one simple thing you can do each day to move towards your goals, LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE! Your life will change for the better!

Do you want to free your mind from the self-imposed suffering that many of us carry with us day in and day out? Do you want to learn solutions & actions so you can participate in your life experience rather than letting the experience direct your participation? If you answered yes to both questions, then this show is for you!
This week my guest is Erhard Vogel. Erhard and I have an open and honest conversation about what it takes to free your mind from the mental terror we often impose on ourselves. We also discuss Erhards new book “A Dialogue with Death The Teacher of Life: An Ancient Story for The Modern World“
https://www.amazon.com/dp/1892484110
Erhard wrote the book to offer you the highest experiences of the Being you are, and to help you realize the answers to the most pressing and fascinating questions of human life. “This book is not for the ordinary person, and everyone should read it, for it challenges even those who think little of themselves to rise to the level of perception that frees them from ignorance and the consequent suffering.”
This was a very enlightening interview for me to have the privilege of participating in. I hope you find it is enlightening for you as the listener. Be sure to listen to the end where Erhard shares one simple piece of advice you can do right now to get started on your path to self-discovery.
More about Erhard: Erhard Vogel, PhD, is recognized as one of the foremost meditation and Self-realization teachers in the world. Born in war-torn Germany, Dr. Vogel immigrated to the United States at age fourteen. He graduated from the Pratt Institute of Design in New York, and at an early age rose to a respected position in a world-renowned architectural firm. At thirty-one, he set aside a brilliant career in architecture to devote himself to the service of humanity For four years Erhard traveled the globe on foot researching the ways in which people of different cultures seek fulfillment. He saw the underlying need in everyone to fulfill their potential. In India Erhard met two of the world’s most renowned luminous Masters, who welcomed him into their midst and invited him to teach among the Himalayan sages—a rare distinction for a westerner. He lived for an extended period of time in a Himalayan cave in a remote sacred area. He returned home to address the problems and aspirations of our contemporary society with his teachings. Following a lecture tour spanning the United States, Europe and Canada, he came to San Diego and founded The Nataraja Yoga Ashram, a not-for-profit organization.
As mentioned at the end of the show, The Evening of Self-Discovery on November 1st from 6-8 pm PST includes an interactive lecture with Dr Erhard Vogel about living in Self-empowerment through the Expert In Life Program taught personally by Erhard. Erhard will also give participants a guided meditation, and some current students will comment on their personal achievements for the past 8-week course [Essential Meditation]. To RSVP and receive the Zoom invite please confirm at info@yogameditationnataraja.org or call Pam Reed at 858-395-4033 or Mollie Malone 858-337-7963.
You can find out more about Erhard at his website The Nataraja Meditation and Yoga Center here:

Why do stories matter so much? Because your focus creates reality. Even the things you don’t realize you’re focusing on. Your mind blocks you from success by always taking the path of least resistance. With the wrong stories playing in your head, your inner subconsciousness will resist change and create its own obstacles to prevent you from reaching your goals.
There’s a reason life coaches don’t work out for everyone. Most are hyper-focused on “FIXING” what’s missing from your personality. This is 100% wrong. There is nothing to fix.Instead, master how to rewire your mind so it can start telling the stories that help you take advantage of your natural talent and start manifesting the things you want to happen.
The B.S. Method teaches you how to tell yourself a better story in 5 minutes or less. Here’s what you get with the course:
You get access to:
--7 Modules that teach you how to tell yourself a better story IN 5 MINUTES OR LESS (no joke!) These modules teach you how to tell better stories about your relationships, your health/body, your finances and your general well-being.
--4 Checklists to help you determine your new story for your relationships, your health/body, finances and general well being.
--4 Templates to create your new go-to stories about your relationships, health/body, finances and general well-being.
--69 example scripts you can use or modify to help you tell new stories along with 63 script prompts to get you started.
--Over 2 hours of audio and video that walk you through the process (NO GUESSWORK!) All materials are mobile friendly, so you can take and learn anywhere.
--3 iOS wallpapers you can use as the home image on your phone to remind yourself how to tell a better story.
--Membership into a private Gab group to ask questions and have discussions with others about the course.
This course is instant access to my private Cheat Sheet that has every shortcut and secret I’ve been using so you can just copy the steps I’ve been taking to create the life you’ve always wanted!
Get access here: https://sloanefreemont.podia.com/the-b-s-method-how-to-tell-a-better-story-in-5-minutes-or-less

This episode is an example from my own life about how when we choose not to believe the made up stories in our head and decide to be vulnerable and open, surprisingly positive things can happen. I was struggling with lack of communication with my boyfriend and I was ready to just give up. I went through a series of made up stories inside my head to self-righteously confirm why what I thought was correct and what I was going to do about it.
That was all fine and good but no matter how hard I tried, there was still a nagging thought at the back of my head. Because I had no way to confirm what I thought was true because I hadn’t actually been able to talk to my boyfriend about any of it yet. Then I open my inbox and this article pops up: Are Communication Cold Wars Ruining Your Relationships? By Renata Gomes. (Link here: https://medium.com/acid-sugar/are-communication-cold-wars-ruining-your-relationships-7afaf83be2ec) Hmmm… seems like perfect timing universe, thanks for this one.
On this episode, I share my thoughts on this article, how our own communication cold wars are keeping us from the happiness we want and how when I chose to stop mine, the surprising results I got. This is a must listen to episode and can deeply impact your life for the better if you choose to listen!
About Sloane: Nashvillian, music lover, bad ass story-teller and change artist. Sloane Freemont tells her story of change to inspire you to “Create What You Speak”. Working in the dynamic world of Information Technology where the rules and principles are always in flux, Sloane has mastered how to re-imagine her life with all of the necessary trappings. From a small provincial city in the Midwest .. safe, bucolic and okay, we’ll say it – a little boring, Sloane said “no thank” you to forty more years of the same recipe. Her podcast, “Create What You Speak” takes you through the steps to say goodbye to a stagnant relationship, an unfulfilling job or just seriously realigning your point of view. Her voice is unapologetic and raw. There’s no point in glossing over the drama of change, the seared feelings and even scarred friendships. But on the other side is a new way of living where you are the director and not an extra. Isn’t that what you deserve?
