Previously, Heorot carried out Treasures of Aht Urhgan Mission 10: "Astral Waves" and Aht Urhgan Mission 11: "Imperial Schemes". Now, for Aht Urhgan Mission 12: "Royal Puppeteer", he will begin investigating the ghost ship auspiciously named the Black Coffin. He is also now able to progress Rhapsodies of Vana'diel past the mission "Ever Forward".
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Al Zahbi. He heads out to the Al Zahbi district.
Al Zahbi (time 1:23):
Heorot takes the West Gate at F-7 to the Wajaom Woodlands, Mamool Ja Savagelands.
Wajaom Woodlands (time 2:41):
Heorot will need to pick up a vial of Jody's Acid for his next mission contact, so he will go ahead and get it now. He targets the Malboro relative called the Great Ameretat that appears around D-9. Heorot receives a vial of Jody's Acid from the very first battle. I like this trend!
Heorot uses the Survival Guide at C-8 to teleport to Nashmau, Arrapago Islands.
Nashmau (time 16:36):
Heorot talks to Pyopyoroon at H-7. This little Qiqirn asks for a vial of Jody's Acid.
Afterwards, Heorot trades his vial of Jody's Acid to Pyopyoroon at H-7. Heorot receives a Vial of Spectral Scent temporary key item. Aht Urhgan Mission 12: "Royal Puppeteer" complete!
Aht Urhgan Mission 13: "Lost Kingdom" begins. Heorot must search a place to the west to find his ghost.
At G-7, Heorot exits west to Caedarva Mire.
Caedarva Mire (time 23:00):
Heorot starts at F-10 in the western part of the first map.
He soon finds a place with many "stones", a graveyard. At E-10, he examines Jazaraat's Headstone for a cutscene.
After the scene, Heorot examines Jazaraat's Headstone again. This triggers a battle with Jazaraat, a notorious monster.
After the battle, Heorot examines Jazaraat's Headstone once more. A cutscene takes place. Heorot recieves the Ephramadian Gold Coin temporary key item. Aht Urhgan Mission 13: "Lost Kingdom" complete!
Aht Urhgan Mission 14: "The Dolphin Crest" begins. Time to report to the bossy Mithra.
At E-9, Heorot finds Home Point #1, conveniently placed. He teleports back to Aht Urhgan Whitegate, West Aht Urhgan.

Previously, Heorot continued grinding in Escha - Ru'Aun. He has earned a total of 298 Job Points as Red Mage. In this video, he will do some leveling as White Mage in Ordelle's Caves.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He picks up a Job Point upgrade for 8 points. He has now spent 296 Job Points in total as Red Mage. He has 2 Job Points left over. Heorot changes his main job to Level 86 White Mage with Black Mage as support job.
Afterwards, Heorot heads out to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:27):
Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Ordelle's Caves, Zulkheim.
Ordelle's Caves (time 2:17):
Heorot arrives at G-3 on the second map. At G-2 just to the north, he examines the Grounds Tome. He undertakes the Page 7 individual training to defeat 3 Buds Bunnies and 3 Targe Beetles per training regime.
These enemies are fairly deep into the cave. Buds Bunnies show up in the southern section of the second map, starting at around H-10. To reach the Targe Beetles, Heorot can drop down the southeast hole at H-11 on the second map to H-11 on the first map. Targe Beetles link.
During the hunt, Heorot reaches White Mage Level 88.
When he has finished, he Warps back to Bastok Markets.
Bastok Markets (time 58:03):
Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11.
Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:00:15):
At the auction house, Heorot puts a Riftborn Boulder and a Cobalt Cell up for sale.
Then, Heorot enters the residential area.
Mog House (time 1:01:59):
Heorot signs off. Next time, he will continue grinding.

Previously, Heorot gained some fame and did the quest "Tenshodo Membership" to join that pirate, er, private organization. Then, he began Bastok Mission 4-1: "Magicite". He must gather Magicite from Beadeaux, Davoi, and Castle Oztroja to prevent the resurrection of the Shadow Lord. However, he needs key items to reach the Magicite. He acquired the Silver Bell from Aldo of Tenshodo. Then, he infiltrated Beadeaux. He defeated De'Vyu Headhunter and Go'Bhu Gascon to get a Quadav Charm and a Quadav Augury Shell. Now, he will farm for another needed item, Coeurl Meat. He will carry out quests in Jeuno to gather the other key items needed to reach the Magicite hidden in Beadeaux, Davoi, and Castle Oztroja. Finally, he will return to Beadeaux to get the Magicite there.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He exits to the Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:00):
To gather Coeurl Meat, Heorot will farm Coeurls in Meriphataud Mountains. So, he uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Meriphataud Mountains, Aragoneu.
Meriphataud Mountains (time 1:45):
Heorot runs around Meriphataud Mountains in search of Coeurls. In the process, he gets lost in the northeast of the Galesmouth south of Drogaroga's Spine for a little while. Sorry about that! The ridges can make it hard to cross this area.
Finally, around J-7, Heorot begins encountering Coeurls (time 12:51). At his level, they are too weak to worry about. If your level is on par with theirs, be careful of their Blaster attacks. More Coeurls spawn in the northeast, near the exit to the Zi'Tah Sanctuary.
Heorot soon acquires the Coeurl Meat needed (time 16:49). Fantastic!
At the Aragoneu Outpost, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at E-5 to teleport to Ru'Lude Gardens, Jeuno.
Ru'Lude Gardens (time 21:28):
Heorot teleports via Home Point to Upper Jeuno.
Upper Jeuno (time 22:04):
At G-8, Heorot speaks to an Elvaan child named Baudin standing outside a house. Heorot needs the Crest of Davoi to get to Davoi's Magicite. For that he must give Baudin a slice of Coeurl Meat. Heorot accepts. This starts the quest "Crest of Davoi".
Heorot trades the Coeurl Meat to Baudin. Baudin gives him the Crest of Davoi, the permanent key item needed to reach Davoi's Magicite. A slightly disturbing scene ensues within Baudin's house. Sorry, Baudin. "Crest of Davoi" complete!
Heorot teleports by Home Point to Lower Jeuno.
Lower Jeuno (time 27:18):
Heorot heads into Neptune's Spire and then into Tenshodo Headquarters. At J-8, he talks to a Tarutaru named Sattal-Mansal. According to Sattal, Heorot needs more than the Silver

Previously, the party wrapped up the main Kamiharumui storyline. They made their way to the Pond in the Royal Gardens of the Abandoned Castle and defeated the Monster Spider Aragne. Back in Kamiharumui, they received the Cherry Blossom Key Emblem from King Nicoloi. There is only one Key Emblem left to earn! Now, they will start the main storyline in Dorwaam, the capital of the Dwachakka continent.
As of this recording, the game has just been updated to version 1.0.2. In looking at the settings menu, there now appears to be an option to auto-advance voiced dialogue. I may try enabling that next time. Also, the camera is faster, which is nice. Initially, even the fastest setting was very slow.
Kamiharumui North (time 0:26):
The party resumes in the church in the Royal City Kamiharumui North. Since they will be heading back to Dwarf territory, Heorot gets the priest to change him back to his Dwarf form with the Change Race option.
The party goes outside and Zooms to the Dorwaam Kingdom (ドルワーム王国).
Dorwaam (time 3:56):
The party starts at H-4/H-5 on the upper level in the east of the castle town. Just inside town, Shishiris has story info.
The teleportal at G-4/G-5 has a few destinations. The party uses the first option to go to F-4/F-5 in front of the entrance to the Crystal Palace on the lower level of town.
At D-4/D-5, the party takes the gate to the Dorwaam Crystal Palace (ドルワーム水晶宮).
Dorwaam Crystal Palace (time 5:52):
The party starts at F-4/F-5 on floor 1F. Nunuitte nearby has story info.
In the north wing, the party takes the stairs at E-2 up to 2F. They continue up at C-1 to floor 3F.
On floor 3F in the north wing, the party takes the northern door at D-2 to the Director's Office. This triggers a scene with Dura, Dorwaam's director of research. The next objective is to meet King Urad in the throne room at the top of the castle.
After the scene, Chiolta in front of the door to the Director's Office has story info. So does Nunuitte on floor 1F.
On 1F, the party takes the elevator at E-4/E-5. It takes them up to floor 4F.
On 4F, the party takes the stairway at E-3 to the Floating Garden. Up the stairways, they take the stairway at F-4/F-5 to the Top Floor.
On the Top Floor, the party takes the door at F-4/F-5 to the throne room. This triggers a cutscene with Director Dura, King Urad, and several other characters. After Dura leaves, Heorot has the decided displeasure of renewing his acquaintance with Runana, the ambitious woman he met way back in Agurani Village. Now, she bullies him into accompanying her to the Calsadora Volcano in East Gobul Desert to retrieve a magic stone for Dura. At least she joins the party as a guest. Let's hope she doesn't mysteriously trip into a lava pit.
After the scene, the party gains control outside the throne room. Padin nearby has story info.
Now, it is time to explore the castle and town for treasures. However, all they will get for entering the throne room is a scene with King Urad. Not only that, the northern and southern doors in the Top Floor hallway are locked.
As the party approaches the stairway to the Floating Garden, a scene with Prince Ramiza and Chiri takes place. Chiri was in the main Gatara storyline.
The party takes the stairway back down to the Floating Garden. On the ground at C-5, a pot contains a phial of Magic Water (まほうのせいすい). A pot at C-4 contains an Amor Seco Essence (アモールの水). At A-7 in the southwest, pots contain Mini Medal #086, counting the 20 Heorot has exchanged so far, and an Oasis Water (サバンナの水).
The party takes the stairway in the northwest down to floor 4F. Behind the elevator, a red chest at D-4 contains 3 chunks of Silver Ore (ぎんのこうせき).
The party takes the door at C-4 to the train station. At E-5/F-5, a barrel under the bridge on the eastern platform contains a Medicinal Herb (やくそう). At F-7 in the southeast, a barrel contains Mini Medal #087.
In the southwest of the western platform, a barrel at C-7/C-8 contains a Medicinal Herb (やくそう). Another barrel at C-8 contains 22 gold. Under the bridge, a barrel at C-5/D-5 contains a Single Phial (まほうの小ビン).

Previously, Davilas explored the newly operational Unreliable. He accepted SAM's companion quest "The Cleaning Machine" and Vicar Max's companion quest "The Empty Man". He traveled to Phineas' Lab, conversed with the semi-mad scientist, and acquired the Shrink Ray, one of the science weapons for "Weapons From the Void". Then, for the main quest "Passage to Anywhere", he set course for Groundbreaker. He accepted Parvati's companion quest "Drinking Sapphire Wine" before disembarking. On Groundbreaker, he visited the officer at Customs, where he learned that his ship has been impounded. He also started the side quest "Solution Vital". He will now explore much of Groundbreaker and visit Udom Bedford to get the Unreliable unimpounded.
Groundbreaker:
The party resumes just past the customs station on floor 4/6 of the Groundbreaker.
The security post is just to the west. The party can talk to Private Lee Flores, but there is not much that he is authorized to do. Especially not filing. He also cannot allow the party to enter the security post. The party will need to be able to get in there somehow for Max's quest "The Empty Man". Maybe if they resolve a couple of problems for the station...
The party also talks to Commandant Sanita. They ask about the MacRedd bounty poster they saw in the docking bay area. This starts the side quest "Who Goes There?". The objective is to hunt down and kill Captain MacRedd, who has holed up in the back bays.
As the party approaches the door to the security station, the quest "The Empty Man" is updated. Unfortunately, it is a restricted area. If they go in there now, they'll get shot at.
Afterwards, the party heads north and begins exploring the promenade. The first door on the east leads to the Lost Hope Bar. The Halcyon News Announcer comes on regularly to spew Board-approved advertisements and propaganda. The bartender, Vera Krivanek, has some background info and sells food, drinks, and other things.
The next establishment on the east is Belle's Shells, which sells ammo, weapons, and mods.
The next door on the east leads to waste disposal. Charming. In the hall beyond, the eastern door leads to waste disposal itself. The Crumpled Instructions by a body have information about an old hanger near the stevedore's quarters.
There are also locked doors to the north and south along the hall to waste disposal. The party first takes the southern door. In the corridor beyond, there are some Rabid Sprats. Eventually, the party reaches the back roo

Previously, the party finished the Tsusukuru Village substory with Quests 082 and 083. Then, they explored Rangao Village and began its substory with Quest 089 for Guran. They will now carry out the rest of the Rangao Village substory.
Rangao Village (time 0:29):
The party resumes in the church in Rangao Village.
The party goes to the Village Chief's House at F-5. In the chief's room, they talk to Chief Krifgen. Krifgen issues Quest 090: "Village Sacred Land", the second Rangao Village substory quest. The objective is to go to Ezesol Valley on the Dwachakka Continent and look for Ezesalt. Ezesol Valley is accessible from the Caldea Mountain Path or Mogarim Highway.
The party leaves Krifgen's place. They Zoom to the Caldea Mountain Path - Mining Quarry destination.
Caldea Mountain Path (time 5:27):
The party arrives at F-4 outside Daraz Quarry.
In the southeast, the party exits at F-7 to Ezesol Valley (エゼソル峡谷).
Ezesol Valley (time 6:32):
The party starts at B-4 in the west. Note that the entrance from Mogarim Highway is at E-7 in the south. As the party heads for their destination, they explore most of the zone for treasures.
Outside the Salt Hut at C-4/D-4, they examine the crystal. This adds the Ezesol Valley destination to the Zoom Stone.
Along the western side of the Salt Hut's exterior at C-4/D-4, barrels contain a Special Medicine (特やくそう) and 299 gold.
Inside the Salt Hut at C-4/D-4, a black chest contains 680 gold. Pots contain Mini Medal #126, counting the 20 Heorot has exchanged so far; an Amor Seco Essence (アモールの水); and a phial of Magic Water (まほうのせいすい).
The party explores southwest of the Salt Hut. At B-5/B-6 in the southwestern section, a black chest contains an Equable Emerald.
The party Zooms to the Ezesol Valley destination to return to the Salt Hut. Then, they explore to the southeast.
At F-5, a black chest contains 3 Single Phials (まほうの小ビン).
Northeast of the Salt Hut, the party goes through the short tunnel at E-4. It leads to the main part of the Salt Lake in the northeast of the zone.
At E-3/F-4 in the Salt Lake, the party examines the pot. They acquire the Ezesalt (エゼソルト) key item. The next objective is to return the Ezesalt to Krifgen in Rangao Village.
The party continues exploring the zone. They take the short tunnel at E-2 to the northwest part of the Salt Lake.
At C-2, a black chest contains a Magic Water (まほうのせいすい).
The party returns to the main part of the Salt Lake. Then, they take the short tunnel at G-3 to the northeastern part of the area.
At H-2, a black chest contains a White Pearl (ホワイトパール).
When the party has finished exploring, they Zoom to Rangao Village.
Rangao Village (time 25:42):
The party rests at the inn.
In the morning, they go to the Village Chief's House at F-5. In the chief's room, they report to Chief Krifgen and hand over the Ezesalt. This triggers a cutscene. The next destination is the Village Fighting Arena in the north of town.
The party leaves the house. In the north of town, they enter the Village Fighting Arena at F-1. A cutscene with Krifgen takes place. Quest 090 complete! The party earns 5 Ogrid Horns (オグリドホーン) and 3 Royal Rubies (赤い宝石).
The party gains control outside the arena after the scene.
They enter the Village Chief's House at F-5. When they enter the chief's room, a scene with Guran takes place. Guran issues Quest 091: "The Village Chief's Determination", the third Rangao Village substory quest. The objective is to inquire around the village for information about Krifgen's whereabouts.
In the house at E-4/F-4 next the Village Chief's House, the party talks to Jeral, the woman standing by the table. She recommends they talk to Kosha.
The party goes to the house at D-4/E-4 to the west. Within, they talk to Kosha, who is at the stove. The next destination is Daz's Cave in the southeast of Rangao Mountains.
The party exits south at D-8 to Rangao Mountains.
Rangao Mountains (time 37:00):
The party heads to the southeastern part of the zone. At E-6, they enter Daz's Cave.

Previously, after a failed attempt to defeat Ashrakk for Seekers of Adoulin Mission 5-2: "Yggdrasil Beckons", Heorot went to Escha - Ru'Aun for some grinding. In this video, he will do some more grinding.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He picks up a few Merit Point upgrades. In his delivery box, he receives gil for a chunk of Beitetsu that sold at auction. Thank you to the buyer!
Then, Heorot heads out.
Bastok Mines (time 1:54):
Heorot teleports to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago.
Misareaux Coast (time 2:17):
Heorot arrives at Home Point #1 at G-5. Just up the hill, he examines the Undulating Confluence to enter Escha - Ru'Aun.
Escha - Ru'Aun (time 2:55):
Heorot arrives at H-11. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he heads north and hunts some more Eschan Il'aern. In the process, he gains some club skill.
Heorot accrues 2 Job Points for a total of 49 Job Points.
When he has finished for now, he uses the Undulating Confluence at H-11 to return to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago.
Misareaux Coast (time 1:22:22):
Heorot arrives at G-5. Just down the hill to the west, he uses Home Point #1 to teleport to Port Jeuno.
Port Jeuno (time 1:22:55):
Heorot trades his Crests to Shami at H-8 for storage.
Then, he teleports to Bastok Markets.
Bastok Markets (time 1:24:37):
Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Vouchers to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11.
Then, he teleports to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:26:15):
At the auction house, Heorot puts a chunk of Eschite Ore up for sale.
Afterwards, he enters the residential area.
Mog House (time 1:27:44):
Heorot signs off. Next time, he will continue grinding.

Previously, Terra began his portion of the Dwarf Woodlands. He has made his way out of the Evil Queen's castle to the Flower Glade, where poor Snow White was scared off by a pack of Unversed. Rather than going to save her, Terra will head back to the Magic Mirror Chamber to confront the Evil Queen and the Magic Mirror.
Terra starts out by preparing a deck for the upcoming boss battle. It is not terribly difficult as far as boss battles go, but ranged attacks will make it easier--things like Strike Raid and Fire.
He also picks up a new Magnet to start leveling up from the command shop (time 1:14).
Then, he heads northeast to the Underground Waterway (time 1:44). As he fights through here, he reaches Level 11 and gains a Defense increase (time 2:22). Shortly afterwards, Aerora reaches Level 2.
As he fights some more, his Cura reaches Level 2 (time 3:30).
To get at the sticker high in the southwest, Terra has to trip the wheel to open up the gate just south of the exit to the Vault. From the southern ledge, he can use Sliding Dash to reach the Louie Sticker (time 4:21). Louie is in a plane, so he should obviously be placed in the air.
Once Terra has snatched up this sticker, he returns to the Vault (time 5:00).
During his first battle, his equipped Fire reaches Level 3 (time 5:13). Also, Ragnarok reaches Level 4. A little later, Magnet reaches Level 2 (time 6:46).
Before heading on into the Magic Mirror Chamber, Terra switches to his boss deck (time 7:34). The Evil Queen is most displeased that he did not dispatch Snow White. Terra is drawn into the Magic Mirror!
Trapped in the mirror, Terra must defeat the Spirit of the Magic Mirror to escape (time 9:27). It has a couple of attacks that simply have to be avoided. In one, it will create two lines of duplicates on either side of Terra, and he just has to run to avoid the balls of darkness they spit at him. It will also create a set of duplicates in a circle around Terra. The correct mask to attack is the smiling mask. Striking it will cause the duplicates to disappear, and this can be a good time to get some hits in. It will come right at Terra when it says "Best beware," so be careful. Ranged attacks are useful when the spirit is tinged in blue.
At the end of the battle, Terra earns a bonus (time 11:19). He gains a Max HP increase, and he learns the command style Firestorm. True to its name, Firestorm activates when Terra uses fire-elemental attacks.
Afterwards, Terra reappears outside the mirror (time 11:36). Finally, the queen relents and instructs her mirror to answer Terra's question, but the answer is quite cryptic. However, Terra is satisfied enough to leave the queen in peace.
Next, Terra will think things over in the Courtyard (time 12:39). He decides to seek out Master Yen Sid.
Then, he receives the Treasure Trove Keyblade (time 12:59).
After this, we are treated to a brief cutscene with Master Xehanort (time 13:16). He is conferring with someone with quite a smile. That smile seems just a bit familiar.
When Terra arrives at the world map, a new world appears off to the east (time 13:42). There is something at once familiar and mysterious about that tower.
For now, though, Terra lands in the Courtyard of Dwarf Woodlands again (time 14:00). When he lands, it is first time to meld some commands. First, he melds two Fire commands along with a Shimmering Crystal, resulting in a Fira command with Fire Boost. Next, he melds two Magnet commands along with a Shimmering Crystal, resulting in a Magnera command with Cure Boost. Finally, he melds a Strike Raid and a Poison along with a Fleeting Crystal, resulting in a Poison Edge command with Attack Haste. He fits in his new Magnera and Fira commands right away.
Afterwards, he reviews his new gains. The review concludes with the new entries in Reports (time 17:07).
Chronologically, the next portion of Dwarf Woodlands is Ventus's, but that was already covered in videos #009 and 010. So next time, we will cover Aqua's portion of Dwarf Woodlands.

Previously, Link acquired the 27th Goddess Cube treasure, a Small Quiver. He returned to Levias and learned the last bit of the Song of the Hero. Then, he revealed the Trial Gate on Skyloft. He used it to enter the Goddess's Silent Realm. When he completed the trial, he earned the Stone of Trials. With this stone, he found the entrance to the final dungeon, the Sky Keep. Then, Link cleared four bosses in the Thunder Dragon's Lightning Round in Lanayru Gorge and earned the last Piece of Heart. His collection of Heart Containers is complete. Now, Link will undergo the Lightning Round again to earn the game's unbreakable shield.
Lanayru Gorge:
Link resumes in Lanayru Gorge. Right before talking to Lanayru, he uses the Guardian Potion+ he has in a bottle. Then, he talks to Lanayru and chooses the Battle option.
For the first boss, Link chooses the Imprisoned [3] in the Sealed Grounds. If Link beats his previous time record for a boss that he has already battled in the Lightning Round, he will earn another 50 Rupees. After clearing one battle, Link can quit and win 20 Rupees, or he can continue on. Link chooses to continue.
Second, Link is pitted against Ghirahim [1] from Skyview Temple. After clearing two battles, Link can quit and win a randomly chosen small treasure. Instead, he chooses to continue.
Third, Link battles Scaldera from the Earth Temple. The fully upgraded sword will rip this boss to shreds. After clearing three battles, Link can quit and win 100 Rupees. He chooses to continue instead.
Fourth, Link battles Ghirahim [2] from the Fire Sanctuary. After clearing four battles, Link can quit and win 200 Rupees if he has already earned the Piece of Heart. Instead, Link chooses to continue.
Fifth, Link battles Moldarach from the Lanayru Mining Facility. Again, this is not hard at all with the fully upgraded sword. After clearing five battles, Link can quit and win 300 Rupees. He chooses to continue instead.
Sixth, Link battles the Imprisoned [1] from the Sealed Grounds. After clearing six battles, Link can quit and win a randomly chosen rare treasure. Instead, he chooses to continue.
Seventh, Link battles Tentalus from the Sandship. The faster charge time for Skyward Strikes is a big help with hitting its tentacles. Otherwise, this battle is much the same as the initial battle. After clearing seven battles, Link can quit and win 500 rupees. He chooses to continue instead.

Previously, Heorot continued grinding in Escha - Ru'Aun. He has earned a total of 189 Job Points as Red Mage. In this video, he will do some more Job Point grinding as Red Mage in Escha - Ru'Aun.
