We've talked about Playnite in the past, however, this time we're taking a look at the updated version (5.5) of the application. And quite an update it is. A new user interface has been added and can be customized in a number of ways. While this new version functions a bit more like Steam's Big Picture, and now let's you restart and put your PC to sleep. Another huge change is that the Playnite can now properly pull the meta-data from a larger variety of storefront launchers and the performance has also been improved. Of course, we go over all these changes in this latest video. PC gamers are no stranger to having multiple launchers to play games on the platform. From Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, Bethesda and a number of others. It's a pain at times to just open a game and play.
