Soup is one of my favorite foods. Today I'm trying out an old favorite that I haven't made in over a decade! You know what they say; "When life gives you Matzah, make matzo ball soup!" Thanks for the Matzah Nichole! (Also chocolate covered matzah is delicious.) 0:00 - Story Time 2:41 - Recipe Time 4:08 - Making the Balls 5:00 - Soup Time
*Note: the original recipe in Bon Appetit Magazine called for 6T of chicken stock. I forgot it, which explains how dry the just deep fried one was. If you are going to boil them I don't really think you need it. It would be much stickier to handle when forming the balls.
I love Vietnamese food! I was so happy to come across Tony The Host's Channel. Although I love eating Vietnamese food I had no idea how to make any of it or where to start. Like most Americans, my introduction to Vietnamese food was the Pho trend; which I learned from Tony is eaten for breakfast!
If you love ASMR cooking channels where you can relax and learn Tony's channel is perfect for you! Come hang out with me as I learn more about the man behind the camera and the cuisine of Vietnam.

Guests of Grace is a Food Podcast series dedicated to all things food. I have an interesting food person on every week. Although it is a lot of chef and cook related content, I am interested in ALL things food; farmers, doctors, homesteaders, real estate people that help you find your homestead, lawyers that shape food policies, National Treasures like Pat's King of Steaks, Kitchen Gadget Queens; if it influences the way we eat I want to learn about it. So if you are an interesting food person reach out!

Is there anything better than a steaming hot bowl of chicken noodle soup when you don't feel good? I don't think so. This chicken noodle soup recipe is quick and easy. Soup is full of electrolytes and nutrients that will help you feel better. I like to make soups when I need to use up things in the fridge and then freeze it for later. Once you know the process of how to make chicken noodle you can switch out the ingredients for almost any other soup. Make homemade Chicken Noodle Soup a staple in your freezer in 2020.
