Cooper STMaxx tire noise
The purpose of this video is entirely to demonstrate the road noise of Cooper ST Maxx tires after approximately 16000 miles.
Tires are inflated to 40psi. Tire size is 255/80R17 mounted on 17x8" wheels and on a 2015 Ram 1500 RCSB 4X4 w/ 5.7L engine . Tires are balanced conventionally and with Centramatics, high speed ride is very smooth (no vibrations) - just the "mud tire" howl.
Happy with the tires and how they're wearing, just observed that they seem to get awfully loud for an all-terrain. Wish I could get this size, this toughness in a quieter all-terrain tread pattern like the A/T3
