Our Trip To Deep South Homestead: What an amazing time
In this video we show you a little from our trip to Deep South Homestead. Danny and Wanda are terrific people and we learned a lot. Gardening in the greenhouse, raising chickens, rabbits, sheep and pigs were some of the topics on the menu but the big surprise was experiencing the homesteading lifestyle. We realize that we only got a small glimpse of what it takes to be successful but we are convinced that this is what God wants us to do.
Danny and Wanda are such gracious hosts and even though we asked a lot of questions they always took the time to explain things in a way that we could grasp. Off Grid Kid and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Thanks so much!!!

I'm being overrun with snakes and this time they went a little too far. I had to fight back. I know that rat snakes are "good" snakes and eat copperhead, etc. but they are coming into my house and now the chicken coop also. I had a score that I had to settle.
