I noticed after doing this that the FOV and distance from earth were published as FOV 0.61° and distance 1 million miles. Not too far from what I came up with. FOV .573° and 1.5 million miles. NASA is definitely not guessing at these distances. Their views, no matter how fake, are correct visually. The only difference I noticed was the speed of the earth passing under the moon.
Next one I do will match their time and distance to see if there are any real differences.
