Official government document from Saskatchewan where the emergency powers originally enacted for wartime have been morphed into a tyrannical medical emergency abuse of power - and it’s being replicated all over the place in North America.

This study took MUCH longer than normal to be published because it was under heavy scrutiny during the peer review process, and as such it carries even more credibility. This animated GIF is a red-enhanced cropped version of the original satellite data animated GIF found here: lbry://California-fire-hit-by-laser-beam#0 It's a bit hard to see on the original, so I decided to zoom and boost the red colour curves to enhance the dark reds, and the beams become much more visible. The satellite is showing visible spectrum with fire (heat IR) overlayed, so the beams must be heating the air or particulates *just* enough to show up.
