Notice That my vest is high visibility orange. In his police report, the deputy claims that my vest is camouflage. On the surface a very minor error. But these kind of inaccuracies ken blow a case wide-open for a guilty suspect to be acquitted.

Overall, I believe this to be a pass for the deputy as far as his knowledge of the first amendment. This was further proven in the video, when he told me “you don’t have to quote me the case law and state statutes I already know them” further proving what I have been saying since I finished my criminal justice course. These police officers are trained, yes some of them continue to violate The constitution. Thank you for your professionalism, deputy.
