Kyrsten Sinema has reportedly agreed to the Manchin Schumer very very much slimmed down shadow of build back better bill that has some tax incentives for climate goals, but also some not so good things for the climate that helps out Manchin's donors and probably him himself if people look a little bit harder at the text. Regardless though there are some good things in there and you know we have to take anything at this point given the climate emergency that we're facing, but uh the big issue was that Manchin wanted the entire bill paid for and he wanted it to cut into the deficit that was his hobby horse that was his all of his conditions that i think were largely false, but it was a way for him to cut down build back better to the less than one ninth of what it was. Which is uh the inflation reduction act of 2022 again branded in a way that he can sell it to his his constituents. But the issue is that Sinema didn't want any tax increases on the wealthy…
