Yes, high cholesterol is healthy. As a health coach, one of the most exasperating conversations I have is with people who are getting more healthy but are worried about their high cholesterol.
There's been a lot of hype about cholesterol over the years. My own reading of the science is that high cholesterol and high LDL cholesterol is indeed very healthy. But only in a certain context.
