MY CALL TO LAPEER, MI CIRCUIT COURT 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY 42 MONTH "SPEEDY TRIAL" IS "SUPPOSED" TO BEGIN
1-13-23 Here's me calling Lapeer, Michigan Circuit Court Judge Nick Halowka's office to find out how they intend on replacing my SECOND Court-Appointed Legal Advisor Fred Miller, who sabotaged my case and bailed out after failing to appear to my 6-13-22 hearing.
I AM A VICTIM OF A CONSPIRACY TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO FIGHT CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY AND DEAD-BROKE STATE OF MICHIGAN GOVERNMENT WHO IS ATTEMPTING TO SHUT ME UP, BUT I REFUSE!
I KNOW this is all very confusing. Our dead-broke State of Michigan and Lapeer County NEED it to be confusing, so I finally give up, or kill myself. Lapeer County created a mess for me in 2017 and this is just the after-affects of six years of HELL. THAT'S WHY I BECAME AN ACTIVIST AND MADE OVER 180 EVIDENCE VIDEOS TO PROVE MY CASE.
I tried to get protection from bad government and my complaints went all the way up to Michigan Governor Gretchen Whiter. I'm going to call her personal secretary Shannon as my witness IF I EVER GET MY SPEEDY 42+ MONTH OLD "SPEEDY TRIAL" IN CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY.
(I'm quite sure Governor Whitmer does NOT want to be associated with my 180+ evidence videos that expose State of Michigan and Lapeer County Employee Felony Physical and Financial Abuse of a Disabled, Career Michigan Taxpayer.)
Perhaps that's why YouTube has been censoring all my videos ever since just shortly before Governor Whitmer's re-election in November 2022.

Attorney Fred Miller failed to appear because he did not want to testify that Lapeer Prosecutor John Miller knew all about Michigan Secretary of State Hearings Judge Brian Longman blowing up my vehicle so I COULD NOT attend what was "supposed" to be my 4-26-22 opening day of my 3 1/2 year old, Unconstitutional "SPEEDY TRIAL".
Michigan Secretary of State Judge Brian Longman is in a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY with Lapeer Court to SABOTAGE MY LAPEER 42+ MONTH OLD JURY TRIAL.
Instead of telling the truth to Judge Halowka, Prosecutor John Miller lied and testified that I "FAILED TO APPEAR". I failed at nothing. My state-mandated vehicle interlock device that I've had installed for 24 months for a 12 month mandate (as per corrupt Judge Brian Longman) for a 22 year old crime BLEW UP AND FAILED. 7-8-22 ... day 1034 of the malicious false arrest by Almont MI. fake police officer Ryan Wilson, who stalked me on 9-8-19, when he KNEW I was in a physical crisis. I ran out of drinking water five days earlier and was delusional. #AlmontMiPoliceOfficerRyanWilson KNEW I had no drinking water because Lapeer 911 told him I called the day before, BEGGING for drinking water so I don't die.
The Human Development Commission also told him that I called the day before he stalked me. They said I begged them for protection against the Almont Police.
Almost three years later, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO COURT YET, which is in violation of my !st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Constitutional Amendments, BUT THE CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY MICHIGAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM MAKES UP THEIR OWN LAWS AND DOES NOT RESPECT TAXPAYER'S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Who knows where this is going to end now? Lapeer Attorney Fred Miller WASTED TWO YEARS OF MY LIFE, when Circuit Judge Holowka appointed him as my "court-appointed legal assistant" who was supposed to "answer questions" . . . but Fred refuses to answer ANY questions, including answering the question of "WHO FIRED YOU, FRED?"
Instead, Lapeer, MI Attorney Fred Miller, who can't even spell "divorce" thinks he can get away with "riding off into the sunset" after doing nothing for two years, he's kidding himself like he did to Judge Holowka, as well as to me.

The court told me that Attorney Fred Miller's function was to "answer questions".
He has done nothing at all since then. And the night before I was due in court, I sent him this text and then and he didn't respond until next day, while I was already on the road heading for court. Only then he informed me he would not be in court. HE SENT ME INTO A WASP'S NEST OF PRETEND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.
I TEXTED HIM ... HE GAVE ME NO NOTICE.
The reason he didn't show up for court was because he KNEW the corrupt prosecutors were going to try to ARREST ME, for "failure to attend my 4-26-22 opening day of my jury trial that I have fought corrupt Lapeer County Judicial mafia to get for over three years". #INTOXALOCK'S VEHICLE INTERLOCK DEVICE FOR A 21 YEAR OLD CRIME FAILED (AGAIN)
So, Fred, is supposed to be my Court-Appointed Legal "Assistant", but he's just there give the "appearance" of allowing me the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to act as my own attorney.
THE CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS IN VIOLATION OF OUR 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 4TH, 5TH, 6TH, 7TH, 8TH, AND 14TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS - THEY AREN'T EVEN A REAL COURT.
The purpose of my 6-13-22 hearing was to have a warrant for my arrest dismissed that Lapeer Prosecutor John Miller falsely issued when my MI State-Mandated vehicle interlock device for a 21 year old crime that the State put on my vehicle on 2-22-21 for what was supposed to be for a 12 month period FAILED FOR THE SIXTH TIME IN 14 MONTHS.
I'm posting this video on 11-1-22. I STILL HAVE THIS CAR BOMB ON MY VEHICLE THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE. The SOS Judge Longman and his interlock company #INTOXALOCK have an illegal EXTORTION RACKET going on where they get to keep people trapped forever by constantly sabotaging our vehicles. I'M SURE #intoxalock MUST BE PAYING HIS HOUSE PAYMENTS FOR HIM TO SABOTAGE AND SELLOUT MICHIGAN TAXPAYERS.

TWO OF HIS EQUIPMENT FAILURES WERE FALSELY LABELED "MAJOR FAILURES".
IN BOTH INSTANCES, SOS JUDGE BRIAN LONGMAN FALSELY CLAIMED THEY WERE "MY FAULT" EVEN WHEN HIS OWN INTERLOCK COMPANY AGREES THEIR DEVICE FAILED; YET HIS MAJOR EVIDENCE THAT HE'S TRYING TO USE AGAINST ME SHOWS HIS EQUIPMENT FAILED BOTH TIMES.
HE MAKES NO SENSE, AND HE'S A JUDGE.
The first time he revoked my license was for FOUR MONTHS before I could get a hearing; and the second time was FIVE MONTHS.
FIVE MONTHS. I couldn't work, shop for food or get medical attention all that time. FOR NO CRIME.
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR THIS MICHIGAN SOS JUDGE BRIAN LONGMAN TO BE SO STUPID.
When Judge Longman's interlock device had a second MAJOR failure was on 4-11-22. I was in the process of moving and #Intoxalock's device died for good in the driveway of my new home.
I sat on my cellphone in my driveway for 16 days until they finally admitted their device died for good on 4-26-22 . . . OPENING DAY OF MY JURY TRIAL IN LAPEER THAT I HAVE FOUGHT SO HARD TO GET FOR 44 MONTHS.

I was driving to my long-awaited, illegal, unconstitutional, 48 month old Lapeer County, Michigan Circuit Court Jury Trial on 8-1-23 morning.
CORRUPT LAPEER COURT IS IN VIOLATION OF EIGHT OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND IS NOT EVEN A VIABLE COURT.
I HAVE NO LEGAL REASON TO OBEY THEIR FAKE LAWS AND FALSE CHARGES AGAINST ME.
AND I HAVE OVER 266 EVIDENCE VIDEOS AND 47 WITNESSES TO PROVE IT.
BUT CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE MICHAEL NOLAN AT THE LAST MINUTE, INFORMED ME THAT I COULD "NOT" SHOW "ANY" OF MY OVER 266 EVIDENCE VIDEOS . . . OR CALL AND PRESENT "ANY" OF MY 47 WITNESSES TO MY JURORS.

As soon as I hit the Lapeer County border line, State Trooper Brayden Rich immediately pulled me over for no legal reason. I wasn't speeding or driving erratically.
HE THREATENED TO TAKE ME TO JAIL.
He claimed that I was driving on a suspended license, which was untrue.
MY QUESTION TO TROOPER BRAYEN RICH IS "WHY DID YOU STOP ME? WHY DID YOU BELIEVE THAT MY LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED, BECAUSE IT WASN'T?
AND PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU GOT MY PHONE NUMBER AND YOU WROTE IT ON MY TICKET?
I NEVER GAVE IT TO YOU. HOW DID YOU COME BY IT?"

I CONTEND THAT MICHIGAN STATE TROOPER BRAYDEN RICH WAS "ORDERED" TO DETAIN ME TO HELP SABOTAGE MY LAPEER COUNTY TRIAL.
MY COMPLAINTS GO ALL THE WAY UP TO GOVERNOR GRETCHEN WHITMER, AND I'VE MADE LOTS OF PUBLIC SERVANT ENEMIES ALONG THE WAY WHILE DOCUMENTING OVER 266 EVIDENCE VIDEOS THAT PROVE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND LAPEER COUNTY EMPLOYEE "GROSS NEGLIGENCE":

I called Lapeer County Court as well as the Lapeer County State Police post, but NOBODY could tell me why Trooper Rich stopped me and gave me a ticket for "Driving On A Suspended License", which is a FALSE CHARGE AGAINST ME, JUST AS ARE ALL THE FALSE CHARGES THE CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY, MICHIGAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM ACCUSED ME OF, SINCE 9-8-19; WHEN I WAS ARRESTED FOR BEING OUT OF DRINKING WATER FOR OVER FIVE DAYS AND I WAS DELUSIONAL
I have to be in Lapeer court to answer for Trooper Rich's illegal ticket on 8-30-23, BUT NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY HE STOPPED ME ILLEGALLY.
I now live 3 1/2 hours from Lapeer County. I can't get to court if I am not allowed to drive. I've also been bedridden for the last two weeks since my trial got so ugly that my blood pressure went through the roof.
I left Lapeer Court that day on 8-1-23 IN AN AMBULANCE AGAINST MY WILL.
THEY TOOK ME AGAINST MY WILL, TO MCLAREN HOSPITAL'S "PSYCHIATRIC WARD" AND MADE ME STAY FOR FIVE DAYS AGAINST MY WILL; WHILE MY TWO CATS STARVED AT HOME, AND GOT OUT BY SHREDDING THE SCREEN OF AN OPEN WINDOW.
WHEN I FINALLY GOT HOME, I FOUND ONE DEAD AND THE OTHER CAT DISAPPEARED, AND NEVER CAME BACK.

EVEN THE DOCTOR AT THE FORENSICS CENTER WAS PISSED OFF THAT JUDGE BARNARD SENT ME FOR THEIR EXTENSIVE MENTAL COMPETENCY TESTS.

WHY AM I POSTING THIS? BECAUSE I STILL NEVER GOT MY 50 MONTH OLD "SPEEDY TRIAL" YET.
I JUST GOT SCREWED BY LAPEER CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE MICHAEL NOLAN WHO FINALLY "GAVE ME A FAKE TRIAL" ON 8-1-23, FOUR YEARS AFTER MY FALSE ARREST.
He surprised me a week earlier, sending me notice I could not call ANY OF my 47 state and county public servants as witnesses, and he would not allow ANY of the 266 evidence videos he told me I could use in March 2023.
HE WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AND SABOTAGED MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO CALL WITNESSES AND PRESENT EVIDENCE CRUCIAL TO MY DEFENSE.
Then, on his 8-1-23 opening day of my trial I STOOD UP TO GIVE MY OPENING SPEECH, ACTING AS MY OWN ATTORNEY.
HALF WAY THROUGH PAGE ONE, LAPEER JUDGE MICHAEL NOLAN PANICKED.
HE ORDERED ALL THE JURORS OUT OF THE ROOM. THEN HE TOLD ME I COULDN'T TALK ANYMORE. HE TOLD ME HE WAS LETTING MY THIRD COURT APPOINTED LEGAL ASSISTANT MEAGAN STAMMEL TO ACT ON MY BEHALF. AND HE SAID IF I SPOKE ONE WORD, I WOULD BE ARRESTED.
Attorney Meagan Stamell knew NOTHING about my case or my evidence.
What a shock! Judge Michael Nolan FOUND ME GUILTY OF A 15 YEAR TO LIFE FELONY WHEN HE KNEW I WAS IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY FROM BEING OUT OF DRINKING WATER FOR OVER FIVE DAYS AND WAS DELUSIONAL OUT OF MY MIND.
The law concerning a Medical Emergency states that if I was in a Medical Emergency and Delusional, I WAS INCAPABLE OF COMMITTING A FELONY.
BUT LAPEER CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE MICHAEL NOLAN COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE LAW BECAUSE HE WAS OUT FOR REVENGE!
HE HAD TO COVER UP LAPEER COUNTY DHHS SUPERVISOR RHONDA LANSING COMMITTED SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD THAT COST ME $65,000. AND SHE DESTROYED MY HOUSE, CAUSING $15,000 DAMAGE.

In the State of Michigan MAXIMUM that a judge can drag out a jury trial is SIX MONTHS. I was falsely arrested on 9-8-19, and falsely prosecuted on 8-1-23. DURING THAT TIME, I ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THEIR FALSE ARREST DISMISSED BECAUSE IT IS IN VIOLATION OF MY SIXTH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO A "SPEEDY TRIAL" AND THEY IGNORED IT.
Lapeer Court disregarded my FOURTH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO BE SECURE IN MY PERSON, AND SO DID MICHIGAN SOS JUDGES BRIAN LONGMAN AND NICOLE SOMA WHO IN AN APPARENT ACT OF CONSPIRACY, BOTH "ASSISTED" LAPEER COUNTY COURT AND PROSECUTOR JOHN MILLER SABOTAGE MY CASE AND DRAG IT ON FOR FOUR YEARS INSTEAD OF SIX MONTHS MAXIMUM.
