This week, 13 Syrians in 2 groups were caught trying to sneak into the United States at the Laredo, Texas bridge crossing from Mexico.
For weeks rumors have swirled among federal agents in Laredo that Syrians were attempting to come across, However agent spokesmen have claimed to have no knowledge of it.
However, last night, Laredo television station KGNS, finally confirmed the story with the Department of Homeland Security.

I’m Still reporting from Washington.
Stock markets in Europe and the U.S. surged at their openings this morning on news of a dramatic reversal in British polling over Thursday’s big Brexit vote in the UK.
With trillions on the line, the British polls had taken a dramatic shift towards the UK leaving the European Union, known as Brexit. The deciding factor had been when Nigel Farage, the leader of the UK Independence Party, or UKIP, trounced British Prime Minister David Cameron in a televised debate last week.
Suddenly the polls shifted dramatically towards Brexit and the momentum seemed to be accelerating.
But then a madman with a long history of psychiatric problems, Thomas Mair, attacked a young mother of two – a rising star in the British Parliament and Labor Party opponent of Brexit, named Jo Cox.
Mair shot Ms. Cox three times at close range, at a public meet-and-greet, then stabbed her repeatedly, before escaping on foot.
But here’s the kicker; Mair reportedly shouted “Britain First!” as he launched his attack – a sort of battle cry for the Brexit forces.
The only problem: witnesses on the scene – interviewed 4 days after the grizzly murder – are saying they heard no such battle cry from the killer.
However, the damage may have been done. A 6 to 8 point reversal in the polls has been seen in the last 48 hours, and a populist movement that has been years in the making might now be denied because of the dramatic murder a week before the voting.
Nigel Farage has chastised David Cameron for trying to connect the murder to the Brexit forces.
“[It’s] despicable … but that’s what’s happening. The prime minister … and other big political leaders in Britain … are scared witless. They thought they would win this referendum by a country mile.”
“They know it’s neck and neck … and there is no level of denigration or false association that they will not stoop to, but I think people are intelligent enough to see through this sort of thing.”
“Do we believe we’re good enough to run our own country, and make our own laws? I do. We’ve got to vote Leave to take back control of our lives.”
The latest polls are split. The Sunday Times poll shows the Remain campaign with a 1 point lead.
Good Morning Britain shows the Brexit group holding a 2-point lead.

Good morning. I’m still reporting on public enemy #2.
I was determined to cut Judge Jeanine Piro’s open from last night, but I was only able to cut out less than a minute of her tirade of why the American people cannot allow Hillary Clinton to become President of the United States.

Guess who President Trump just appointed as Director of the powerful Office of Management and Budget? – Bitcoin advocate Mike Mulvaney.
Mulvaney, age 49, is well equipped to help open the gates to the acceptance of cryptocurrencies in the US in this new age of the Trump administration. He graduated from Georgetown University as an Honors Scholar, the highest level of academic achievement, in International Economics, Commerce and Finance.
That earned him a full scholarship to attend law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where his focus was in anti-trust law.
When he was elected to the US House of Representatives in 2011, he was the first Republican since 1883 to represent South Carolina’s 5th congressional district. He has solicited bitcoin donations for his campaigns.
Last Thursday, in a mostly party-line vote, Mulvaney won Senate approval 51-to-49.
As a House member, Mulvaney helped launch the Congressional Blockchain Caucus, along with Rep. Jared Polis (D-Colo) and David Schweikert (R-Ariz).

SR 1197 – Donald Trump Has a Wide Open Path to Victory over Crooked Hillary Now!
08:37 – Sept. 17, 2016
Good evening, I’m still reporting on Trump.
For the first time, I can see the math behind a Trump win in the Electoral College.
I’ve been watching a British betting site – PaddyPower.com. As Trump’s odds improved, I realized that this bookie site was also giving odds on whether Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump would win November’s election on a state-by-state basis.
The results are quite interesting compared to the opinion poll averages in the U.S.
The bottom line is that this race is a lot closer than the U.S. pollsters are trying to make us believe it is.
Here is the Real Clear Politics average of all U.S. polls as of today. The red states are solid Republican.
The pink states are Republican leaning states with leads of between 5 and 10 points.
The dark blue states are solid Democrat states.
The light blue are states leaning Democrat with leads of between 5 and 10 points.
The dark gray states are considered tossups.
My opinion is that Real Clear Politics tends to skew its results towards the Democrats.
In any case, as of today, Real Clear Politics gives Clinton 200 electoral votes and Trump 164 with 174 a tossup. Only a few weeks ago, Trump was behind by over 100 electoral votes on this map.
But here is the map according to PaddyPower – the British bookie site. Trump only is behind by a thin margin of 20 electoral votes. Here’s the difference.
They gave the rest of the deep south to Trump – that is Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. They gave Virginia and Pennsylvania to Clinton and New Hampshire to Clinton. They gave Ohio and Iowa to Trump, but the northern Midwest – Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan to Clinton.
Heading west, they gave Colorado and Nevada to Clinton but Arizona to Trump and that gave them 279 for Clinton and 259 for Trump. Keep in mind, it takes 270 votes to win. So, a swing of only 11 electoral votes swings this election.
And if you take into account the latest trending in the polls from the last few days you can easily see more than an 11-vote swing. So here is the Still Report map.
The 4 states that moved significantly in the last few days were Colorado, where now Trump leads. Colorado alone has 9 electoral votes. The second state was Nevada, where, again Trump just took the lead. That’s 15 electoral college votes, and enough for Trump to win it. I don’t see either of these trends reversing in Clinton’s direction again. She’s done.
Besides that, in New Hampshire, Trump has been continually catching Clinton. Did you wonder why Trump has gone into New Hampshire so many times it the last few weeks. The latest poll – and the largest one – shows Clinton now with only a 1 point lead, where just two weeks ago, she had an 8-point lead. Trends are important, and I don’t think Trump will let this momentum reverse either.
The same thing with Maine. A month ago Clinton had a 10-point lead. The latest poll now cuts that to just 3 points.
And you cannot count Trump out in Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral votes. Trump has cut Clinton’s lead to 5 points and that is still trending Trump.
In Michigan, with it’s 16 electoral votes it’s all over the papers up there that Clinton’s lead has been cut to less than 5 points because Muslim immigration is becoming hot issue, after Trump’s visit there.
In Wisconsin, the last two polls have brought Trump within 3-5 points, plus, their Governor, Scott Walker is a Republican as is the Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan. Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes are definitely in play here.
But let’s go back to the PaddyPower map and add in the new data. So we change Colorado and Nevada to Trump. I’m giving New Hampshire and Maine to Trump. And that gives him an easy victory 281 over 257 for Clinton, and that’s without counting Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. With all of those, that would be a real electoral landslide of 337 Trump to 201 Clinton.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.

A Sudanese cleric recently said in a public sermon celebrating a Muslim holiday, that ISIS is the product of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The cleric’s comments were filmed and then translated by Memri TV.

The Trump/Pence team has had a busy week 2 of their administration.
President Trump is showing no signs of slowing down. He is working hard moving full speed ahead to Make America Great Again and drain the Washington, D.C. swamp.
This week, there were four major issues that President Trump focused on. The first was making the United States more secure by improving the immigrant screening process. President Trump imposed a temporary travel ban on 7 countries known for training, harboring, and exporting terrorism.

In another major development, Fox News owner and fellow billionaire Rupert Murdoch has tweeted that the Republican Party should coalesce around Donald Trump quickly if he is the nominee.
“As predicted, Trump reaching out to make peace with Republican “establishment”. If he becomes inevitable party would be mad not to unify.”
The landmark announcement means Fox has finally realized that the war with Trump must come to an end. Murdoch tweeted earlier this week that Republicans should:
“close ranks to fight real enemy.”
Bottom line: despite the fact that tonight’s debate could turn out to be a rematch between Trump and Megyn Kelly the politically savvy expect a much more respectful debate this evening with huge ratings.
Holding my breath.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
