Is Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter a victim of race card politics?
Just over a year into the thankless task of reforming the corrupt, inept patronage machine that is the national monopoly electricity provider Eskom, Andre de Ruyter has come under attack by suspended Eskom chief procurement officer Solly Tshitangano who accused him of "racism" in "favoring white suppliers over black suppliers."
Two large labor unions (NUMSA & NUM) have called the announced Eskom probe insufficient and a coverup, laying unsubstantiated allegations about terminated black engineers and attributing purported wage rate disparities to racism.
Frankly, the endless resort to the race game is beyond outdated. Unfortunately, in South Africa, Western Europe and North America, far to many people incapable to critical thinking all too easily fall for the game.
Best of luck to Mr. de Ruyter and Eskom in dealing with the racist inspired slander of his behavior and character.

On 11 Aug 2020 presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe #Biden selected Senator #Kamala #Harris, CA as his running mate. His selection criteria, announced well in advance of the choice, was hardly a reasonable basis for selecting a running mate: #gender. Nonetheless, he chose Harris, like the worst and most easily exposed of the three most likely choices (Harris, failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey #Abrams and Susan #Rice).
The political left is all atwitter tonight over the selection, blind to the damage this choice brings to the ticket. The next 12 weeks should be interesting.

The media patted themselves on the back for their "amazing" coverage of the Russia collusion hoax, even wining Pulitzer prizes for the fake stories. So why is it that they now have zero interest in uncovering an even bigger story?
Who is getting to the bottom of the greatest steal or hoax of the century? Did the thousands of American who signed affidavits to report election fraud lie or were they telling the truth? Don't you want to know? I do. But the media has NO interest in investigating this story.
They have done their job as propaganda outlets. Forget about it.. They have.
