2005 Schindler HT VR 330A Hydraulic Elevator at Macys Northlake Mall (Charlotte, NC)
And now we start with the lame elevators here. I mean, what do you want me to say about this?

You know, it's rather shocking to say that I didn't find many Impulses this day, this is one of the three I saw.
This is the best out of the Impulses. While it's a simple 2 Story Hydro, it runs well.

This is an elevator in a building built in 1939. While it's not original since it was put in around 1961, it’s still an awesome elevator! Each one of these that I see has a different personality. Never seen one with these GAL buttons before! They seem like some sort of "Lexan" buttons with a Black Cover with a Clear Ring on the Outer Part, and were likely used from the Early 1960's up until the Early 1970's. This thing runs well too as expected from Westbrook Elevators! What a lovely, although tiny elevator!

This is a rather simple but cool 2 Story Hydro. It has Brass Coated Fixtures, but features a wack painted front. Thank goodness it wasn't an entire black painted cab, otherwise this cab would look tacky. Would've been better to have a complete brass cab. Otherwise, this rides fine.

Once again, the power of DoorDash leads me to surprises. I would disclose this location since it was unlocked when I went, but this is a "secret location" for me. ;-)
And yes, you heard it right, this is in an OLD apartment building. There's two sections in this building and both have fully OG Otis Black Button Tractions! Unfortunately, the one on the right side is broken/disabled, but the one on the left works!
Unfortunately, while this is an awesome find, the cab sadly doesn't run too well, having a slamming door on the 2nd floor and jolting a good bit, preventing a solid 10/10 rating. Not only that, this is a rather basic cab for it's time, just the Main Panel and a Key Switch Panel. I can't nitpick too much though, especially considering that the real surprising thing about this cab is that it's in pretty much pristine condition, even the fixtures are in great shape! Too bad it's not like that in the ride department. Some fixing up and this thing would be absolutely perfect. Also, those "In Use" Call Panels are awesome as well! Both elevators on every floor has one and seem to light up well (well excluding the fact the other elevator doesn't work currently). This and the 1989 Vector were epic conclusions for Spooky Month!

The name "Standard" (Otis Series 5), the official name for these Fixtures, fits well as this is a standard, boring elevator. The buttons light up blue on the inside, likely meaning the LEDs were replaced at one point.

Here is a weirdly painted Late 1990's Otis Series 1. They painted the entire steel front and even the Call Panels black. I don't think it looks too tacky in this case, but it's still weird. Despite that, the whole cab has a weird cab design that I’m not a fan of.
Besides that, this is a Basic 2 Story Hydro that at least has cool fixtures.

Finally found where this Series 1 actually was this whole time, and goddamn, that fan is still as annoying as I remember it. They need to turn down that fan already. Overall besides that, it’s a cool elevator that runs well.
