What i meant by saying i accept all of it but reject certain aspects, i accept everything, so it has no power to put me into the fear state, but what i reject are that things are going to hurt me at some point in the future even if the world out there is screaming that it could harm me, i reject giving my power over to hypothethical scenarios and come back to myself and this moment.
