This is potato STYLE soup. I've been trying forever to try to find a potato replacement and this is not it. however, if you're in the mood for potato soup, this has a fantastic flavor and is good to use that leftover turkey!

RECIPE
2lb Leftover Turkey
12 oz Bacon, Fried Crispy and Crumbled
1 pint Heavy cream
4 Oz Sharp cheddar, shredded
3 cups Turkey or Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Dehydrated Garlic
1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
1) Add all of your ingredients except your cheddar to a large pot and place over medium high heat. Bring to a light boil.
2) Turn the heat to medium low and bring to a light simmer. Let reduce for about 10 minutes.
3) Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in your cheddar. Serve.

This is my favorite tex mex dish. Carnivore fajitas are tasty and super easy to make!
RECIPE
:MEAT:
10 oz Steak
10 oz Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp Beef Tallow
:SEASONING:
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
:TORTILLAS:
3 oz Pork Rinds
2 1/2 oz Shredded Parmesan
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1) Slice your meat into strips that are even.
2) Add all of you seasonings to a bowl and mix until homogenous
3) Add all of your tortilla ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until homogenous. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. Use wet hands to grab about a 1/4 cup sized ball of dough and press out until flattened. Place into an oven set to 350°F for about 11 minutes or until golden brown.
4) Place a pan over medium high heat along with your tallow and melt. Once the tallow is melted, add your chicken to the pan in one layer. Cook in batches if needed to avoid crowding the pan. After cooking for about 3 minutes, add 2 tsp of your seasoning and let cook for another minute before tossing and cooking for another minute. Once the chicken is out, set aside.
5) Immediately add all of your steak to the pan and allow to sear on one side for 4 minutes. After the 4 minutes, season with about 2 tsp of your seasoning and then toss. Add all of your chicken with the accumulated juices back to the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and scrape the fond from the bottom.

Here is my first iteration of "carnivore pizza". My ultimate goal is crispiness and chew. Follow me on this journey to find that through animal products! ?
Crust
3 Eggs, Separated
1/4 lb Ground beef
1 oz sharp cheddar
1. In a food processor, add your egg yolks, beef, cheddar, and a little salt for seasoning.
2. In a mixing bowl, add your egg whites and a pinch of salt. Whisk this for ~5 minutes or until soft to medium peaks have formed.
3. Fold these two things together.
4. Put mixture in a large pan that's been preheating over medium heat. Cook for ~4 minutes, then flip. Cook an additional 4 minutes.
5. Let drain on paper towels while you're preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Sauce and Topping:
2 Slices of Thick Cut Bacon, diced
1/2 small shallot, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place your heavy cream and cream cheese into a pan over medium high heat. Stir well. Cook until sauce has thickened or ~4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste
2. Place your bacon and shallots into a pan over medium high heat. Cook until shallots are slightly golden or ~3 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Final Assembly
1. Put your crust on a foil lined sheet pan. Add your sauce and topping as desired. Shred fresh parmesan over the top to your desire.
2. Place pan in a 400°F oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve hot.

RECIPE
8 oz Cooked Chicken
1 oz Ground Pork Rinds
1 Egg
4 oz Low Moisture mozzarella
Pepperoni
More Mozzarella
1) In a blender or food processor, place the chicken, pork rinds, egg, and 4 oz of mozzarella. Blend on low until a dough ball has formed.
2) Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top and smooth thin with a rolling pin. Cut this into a flat rectangle. Now, cut about 2" by 4" rectangles.
3) Add about 1/4 oz of mozzarella cheese in small pieces and 1-2 pepperoni slices in the same small pieces. Roll this up and press in the sides to seal.
4) Place the pan into an oven that's set to 350°F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Cream Cheese Donut
3 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg
¼ tsp Baking Powder
Sausage Donut
4 Oz Breakfast Sausage, Cooked and Drained
1 Egg
¼ tsp Baking Powder
Pork Rind Donut
2 Oz Pork Rinds, Ground
2 Eggs
¼ tsp Baking Powder
“Icing”
2 Egg Yolks
4 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Erythritol
2 Drops Red Food Dye
1) For each donut, combine all the ingredients either in a food processor or blender until well combined.
2) Pour the mixture into an oven-safe donut mold
3) Place this pan into an oven set to 350°F for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4) For the frosting, set up a double boiler. Place your cream cheese, egg yolks, vanilla, erythritol and red food dye. Turn the heat to medium and stir until smooth.
5) Place your donuts into your bowl and coat.
6) Eat immediately.
