THE SEISMUNCH SACRIFICE. // TemTem PvP #94
In chess we talk about making sacrifices, like a knight sacrifice or even a queen sacrifice to get the W. These kinds of plays are the most exciting in chess for viewers since they look wild and require a bold calculation on one player's part.
In TemTem sacrificing the right Tem at the right time by swapping it in to get KO'd can be a key component of setting up your win condition. You have to give up a Tem to drain some of the opponent's stamina and use up some of their holds. Then you can bring in the win condition and swing the tempo.
This match involves a Seismunch sacrifice which got me thinking about the whole concept.

Mega Man Legends is a wonderful game. The best part about it is the boss fights -- every single boss in this game is distinct, with its own completely unique pattern of attacks, weaknesses, and movement. I am blown away by the boss design in this game.
Among all the bosses, one fight stood out to me as being unique not only within the game, but among ALL games I've ever played. This boss fight was like a ten minute puzzle, slowly working out how I could blast through its defenses and deliver enough damage to destroy it.

More experiments with drums and production. It's fun what happens when I try to make little songs without worrying that much about the result, focusing more on the process, trying to explore and find as many new ideas as possible.
There are worlds to explore. I want to try more microtones and different tuning systems, more rhythmic ideas, more fully developed harmonic and contrapuntal ideas, also there's way deeper production layers to be delved into. FLUXWAVE is just starting up.
This one has some gnarly beats, I am getting deeper into very unusual drum mixes and FX. Drum FX havent been explored enough in the universe yet

Lost Relics's 2021 xmas event is starting in two days from this video's post date. We are entering another round of collectable holiday goodies, including Presents, Kringle Koins, and even some rarer gift boxes and loot.
The format of this event is almost exactly the same as the halloween event, although there does appear to be a new boss battle being added to the game.

back when I started playing onchain games I grinded for three weeks just to get my first few NFT items worth a total of $10. I know what it's like to be on a budget.
SO, I've been working on some $10 decks. I'll be honest it is not easy. But this deck, at a mere $10, is absolutely solid and can generate big wins in the mid-ranks so that you can grind your 10 games a day, earn some $GODS, and start buying better cards.

The SLP price is an obsession for many Axie Infinity players. People around the world, and especially in the Philippines right now, are relying on the SLP token to pay for food and other essentials.
On top of that we just had a terrible storm that destroyed many people's homes, an absolutely terrible time for SLP to dip/crash.
Even worse, Sky Mavis seemingly tried to fix the problem by tripling the SLP cost of breeding... and this seems to have done nothing. So, should we panic? It's a bit worrysome but we need to try and not panic, we should stay calm and try to learn more.
This guy on twitter @JDHyper posted an amazing thread explaining the situation with SLP, using real data. He explains the current amount of inflation happening with SLP -- about 0.9% per day -- then gives a few options for how to adjust the economy of Axie Infinity to reduce the inflation.
It's a very interesting thread that taught me a lot and gave me more clarity around the current situation with SLP.
This video is meant to "signal boost" JDHyper's thread and share these ideas with the community here. I hope it gives you at least a little peace of mind regarding the current SLP token price and the long-term future of Axie Infinity.
I think 2022 will be a fantastic year for Axie, but it will take some time for that to play out. Let's be patient and keep getting 1% better every day, so we are ready for whatever happens next.

Back on that vlog game, this time we feast on donuts and fret about the deleterious neurochemical impact of an unhealthy sleep schedule. Unfortunately after 6 months my circadian rhythm is not even slightly adjusted to the night time work schedule, I just feel exhausted all the time and don’t get much sleep on work days. Its all messed up.
In this episode I got as much sunlight as I could and at least we got to visit some beautiful outdoors spots in Raleigh. I’m not sure what I am going to do about this situation but hey, I’ll figure something out.

Today I finally did. There are so many vocal harmonies on this, I'm getting more and more comfortable with doing mildly ridiculous arrangements of that so that's fun.
My plan is to do daily Youtube uploads on this channel from now on. Today that pressure to do so was what led me to make the song... if Youtube leads me to make more music and videos and things like that, I am 1000% all-in.
