The Space:
Encanto Riviera is a condo development located in the very heart of Playa del Carmen, mere steps from the beach conveniently located at 20th avenue between 10th and 12th street very close to any necessity, including ADO bus terminal with direct bus ride to Cancun airport, convenience stores, Walmart, 5th Avenue, beach clubs, restaurants and night clubs. Encanto Riviera has a lush garden, rooftop pool, ample rooftop space with lounge area for tanning, relaxing in a hammock or enjoying your morning coffee or evening dining with the beautiful ocean view relaxing with chill-out music played on the common areas. The sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop are breathtaking. This is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom (master bdrm w/ en-suite bath) spacious unit that sleeps from 4-5 people comfortably. With fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, microwave, 42 inch T.V., ipod dock, free wireless internet access, cable, A/C, ceiling fans, full closets and more. There are discounts and promotions offered for guests at various beach clubs/restaurants and tours.
We offer nightly and weekly rentals year round. Ranging from:
$100 - $250 USD p/night *depending on season

Guest Access:
4 bicycles are available for exclusive use of guests staying at our condo!

Interaction with Guests:
Unfortunately we don't live in Playa del Carmen, but rest assured we are always responding at the moment we get an email from our guests, making sure all of their demands, concerns and needs are met...

Other Things to Note:
Our unit has a safe in the Master Bedroom big enough to fit a laptop!

To our dear guests,
The only one thing that we would ask you is to please be mindful about 2 things:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo.
2. Electricity charges in this area of Mexico are extremely high, so please if you are in the condo, use A/C freely, but if you are going to be on the beach, day trip, etc, please don't live the A/C on, even if it's hot season it will only take 5 minutes to cool down the condo once you get back.
