Unfortunately for many people, they may be physically  healthy as they get older, but if you don’t look after your brain it can  fail long before bodies give up. So today, as you listen and learn with this conversation in English,  we will talk about what the most recent neuroscience is telling us  about what is happening to our brains as we get older and what you need to do right now while you are still young.
