To get back into macOS from Windows you can use the Boot Camp app. Unfortunately, if you are using a non-Mac compatible graphics card, as the boot manager isn't loaded, it'll just reboot you back into Windows.
So to get around this, you can either have both your Mac compatible graphics card and your non-Mac compatible graphics card plugged into your Mac at the same time, or reset the PRAM every-time you want to reboot back into macOS - which unfortunately is very tedious.
Once back in macOS you can always reboot back into Windows again from System Preferences - Startup Disk.

Wide Angle Lens Adapter: https://youtu.be/T9ClygpMG60
The quality has been great and one cool feature which I didn't know before hand is that you can mount additional accessories on top, for example I sometimes use it with my wide angle adapter lens on top.
That being side, I personally wouldn't recommend using it with a wide angle lens, I'd instead use one at a time, as the more glass you have in front of your lens, the more glass you'll have to make sure is clean and dust free and the more potential light artefacts/hazing you'll introduce to your shots.
Overall though, $30 to protect your $500 lens from scratches is a good deal.
Note: Make sure you pick the correct thread side for your camera when purchasing.

I found an old unit on eBay for around AU$600 which is about US$480. Sold off the RAM and CPU inside and replaced it with a 6 Core 3.46GHz Xeon W5690, 32GB of ECC RAM and a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580.
While there are some quirks like having to keep a 2nd Mac compatible graphics card for the boot screen and switching operating systems, it's no where near as bad as building your own Hackintosh, in fact Apple still supports these units with a bios update being pushed out with the release of High Sierra to enable these Macs to support AFPS.
Looking into the performance, on Geekbench 3 32bit - the base Mac Pro was about the same speed as the MacBook Pro I was using. However upgrading to a 6 core unit yielded about twice the multicore score, which is about the same level as a mid 2017 i5 iMac.
Over to cinebench the score of the base Mac Pro actually beat out the MacBook Pro, but the upgraded Mac Pro yielded an extra 50-70% on top of that.
The MacBook Pro couldn't be touched on the read and write speeds even when using a PCIe SSD. However, interestingly enough I didn't notice any real world performance difference using a PCIe SSD over a SATA2 SSD - with SATA2 being the old generation port.
Startup speed on the upgraded Mac Pro was 47 seconds using a PCIe or SATA2 SSD. Even though the MacBook
