Almost 3 years ago now, some clever people in the community noticed some small owl statues scattered around the Roosevelt Island mission, that could be interacted with. After finding them all, and then brute forcing a number of combinations, they finally managed to unlock one of the game’s secrets. A hidden room was discovered. It was a crudely dug out bunker, underground, containing a few fire-pits, and a much larger owl statue. Where it starts to get interesting… is when you salute the owl... Lurking beneath the streets of Washington DC is a group that seems to have no affiliation to any of the known factions in both cities, that we’ve come across. Encounters are infrequent, and brutal. Although they seem to dwell in DC’s sewer system, they can sometimes been seen scavenging above ground, presumably looking for supplies. This group is known by many names, like the unchained, sewer people, chain-gang, and the silent ones. But Officially, in-game they can be seen called “The Underground”.
