Lacey and Co buckle up for a fun night of social games on Twitch!
We start with Stream Racer, a newer game that Lacey just found, which turned out to be really fun and cute, then switch to marbles for a few rounds, then back to stream racer again, with Lacey doing her best to call the action. It was a blast!
Holy guacamole - she's back! And she played something new!
Gas Station Simulator is surprisingly fun (and there's a wild glitch at the 1:14:00ish mark!

It's time to get Fascinated again! On Episode 003 we talk to activist and educator Kitty Stryker who has lots of experience as a street medic and disaster prepper!
Lacey asks Kitty a series of focused questions to learn what key items are in Kitty's "go bags", the different mentality between "doomsday preppers" and "disaster preppers", what Kitty has learned 'on the job', her experiences being homeless when she was younger, why everyone should take a basic street medicine prep course, and more!
FORMAL QUESTIONS ASKED:
1) What do you think is most fascinating about the practice/process of disaster prep, and being a street medic?
2) Brief discussion about an article: "The Preppers, The Can Opener, and The Plight Of The Homeless"
https://www.patheos.com/blogs/steelmagnificat/2021/02/the-preppers-the-can-opener-and-the-plight-of-the-homeless/
3) What would you say are the top 5 most important items to have in a prep kit (for most broad utility)
4) There are often ways to cobble together crude solutions to make something work when the 'ideal' tool, item, or accessory is unavailable. Is DIY a common practice in your line of work or one that is avoided unless there is no other choice or you are really experienced?
5) If you are at a protest and street medics have to step in to help someone, is it better to offer to help them, or stay out of their way and just let them work?
6) In your experiences in the work you do, what are some perhaps surprising lessons or takeaways that you've learned?
7) What do you wish more people would ask you about street medicine/disaster prep but they don't?
8) What advice or guidance would you give to someone who is newly looking to get into this type of thing?
Kitty also did a full Hat Collecting interview which will be episode #028, releasing next Monday, July 5th.
New "Fascinators" are released every other week in between episodes of the main show.
