New video series I'm creating!! In the series I would like to show y'all how set up and pick exercises to create some truly unique supersets. This superset consists of a Modified Pistol Squats (lower body push) Wall Supported RDL (lower body pull). Both of these exercises pair well together to accompany a lower body workout. All of the supersets that I upload should be used strictly for educational purposes. There are SO many factors that go into creating workout programs for clients so If you would like to use any of the supersets like the one above make sure that they align with those things.

The RDL exercise is widely used in the strength and conditioning industry for its ability to increase strength in the hamstrings and glutes. This RDL variation utilizes bodyweight to perform the exercise with help from the wall. This RDL variation will challenge you a little differently than a traditional RDL and is a great beginner variation.
