Hey there, it's Day 3 of "10 a day"! Today's video is all about the martial art of Kali, and we're going to cover striking angles 1 and 2. These are two of the most important angles in Kali and a great place to start for anyone new to the art.
Before we get started, make sure to grab a pair of Kali sticks. If you don't have any yet, you can find some at: https://bloodsport.com/collections/knives/products/kil-rattan-31-sticks-pair?variant=18411798023
Don't worry if you're new to Kali - this video is beginner-friendly and easy to follow. And if you're already familiar with the art, you might pick up some new tips or variations to add to your practice.
Throughout the video, I'll explain the proper form and technique for each strike, and how to generate power with your body mechanics. We'll also add in some footwork for added mobility and coordination practice.
Remember, repetition is key when it comes to mastering any martial art technique. So take your time and practice at your own pace. And if you have any questions or want to share your progress, leave a comment below - I'd love to hear from you!
