I've actually been wanting to make some videos for the past week or so and when I finally got around to having the will to actually do them, I had caught a cold. Ugh Oh well, doing that self-care stuff. it has been a week but the symptoms are FAR better than they were when this first began. Though, my dad and younger brother seem to be coming down with it too, oops! (my entire household has been fully vaccinated with Pfizer since May or June, but we have mentioned the idea of testing to be safe. Since I don't have to leave the house and my symptoms never got too terrible, I didn't test and my family figured they would be fine. Dad and Bro only just came down with symptoms yesterday) Anyway, I'm hoping to get a schedule going to post twice a week or so. One video per week being discussing whatever book I may be reading for the channel that I want to discuss. The other would probably be a variety of things, for example, lately I have been wanting to share how I used to read lyrics to my favorite songs dramatically and in various nuanced ways and I genuinely believe that helped me re-develop the voice I now use when I read. My diagnoses include but are not limited to: -Schizoaffective disorder bipolar type ((Schizophrenia and what was manic-depressive)) -some anxiety / panic disorder -some kind of ptsd My original team of doctors were wonderful in that they focused more on helping me be a person and live more comfortably etc than apply labels. So no, I don’t know all my diagnoses exactly. Mental health matters so much. I will spend my life doing my best to fight the stigma. I need to chill out, to recharge and reconfigure.
