As soon as you arrive at the pier, conceive your weapon because civilians will be alarmed, particularly, the waiter on top of the stairs. Proceeding towards the street, you'll find an agency pickup. Grab everything and the Poison. I decided to enter the Embassy by lock picking the front door, since there are no guards around. You still have to watch out for them inside the Embassy area. Once in the Embassy ground head towards the garage. Look through the key hole when the guard is facing his back towards you, open the doors and sedate him to be able to proceed to get a waiter disguise. There is a spare waiter uniform on a table inside a small room in the embassy basement. After that, I head to the kitchen to pick up the champagne. Be aware of the guards roaming the halls and avoid close confrontation. When in a safe spot, spike the champagne with the poison. We need General Zhupikov to drink the spiked champagne, and the main ball room is perfect for it. Once you see him, approach slowly, and he will automatically pick up the delicious drink. He'll quickly head over to the bathroom and you no longer need to worry about him. Now comes the tricky part of acquiring the suitcase. There are four safes in the embassy, one in each of the four offices: two are located on the first floor, and two are on the second floor. The suitcase is locked in one of the four safes (chosen at random at the beginning of the mission). The ambassador is being watched by a Spetsnaz agent. He initially remains in the ballroom, and also wants to get his hands on the suitcase. You can easily determent where the safe is being located by observing the map for a while. The Spetsnaz agent will pressure the ambassador to make his move. Quickly make your way to the office and hide in the room next to the safe. I'm still in the waiters uniform and I don't plan to get another disguise so that means I need to use servants staircase in order to enter the second floor without raising the alarm. Wait for the ambassador to open the safe, enter sneak mode, open the door, and approach the Spetsnaz agent from behind while he is distracted. Ambassador will not get alarmed by your presence. Take the briefcase (and some chocolates while at it) and head towards the exit.
