Today I present the book "Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength" by Roy Baumeister and John Tierney. The book "Willpower" was an easy read but was quite resourceful. Roy Baumeister and John Tierney present numerous interesting assumptions - throught the book the concept of willpower is explained and it is discussed how to maintain a high level of motivation.
