A look inside a typical 3 phase distribution board. This example is an Eaton Memshield 3, with 4 outgoing circuits. It is configured for single phase use in this video.
Old voltage operated earth leakage circuit breaker made by Crabtree. These were one of the most common types, the other being the Chilton type. These devices have not been used in the UK for over 30 years.
This one does actually work, although the terminal covers are missing.
Internally, it contains both the earth leakage trip coil and an overload trip coil. A separate contact connects the E and F terminals together when the switch is in the Off position.

Adding a 2 port valve and a dual thermostat to a Y plan heating system when an unvented hot water cylinder is used.
Generally only used when installing an unvented cylinder to an existing Y plan system. For new installations, S plan is a far better choice.
The purpose of the additional high limit thermostat and 2 port valve is to physically prevent the flow of hot water to the cylinder in the event of other failures, such as the cylinder thermostat sticking on.
