EW0090 - Panasonic AJ-D215 DVCPRO Video Cameras Teardown
We made it to the 90th episode! This time we take a look inside a Panasonic AJ-D215 DVCPRO Video Camera. Unfortunately this model video camera can only accept the larger style DVCPRO tapes, I only have the smaller ones on hand. Can't easily test it, maybe there is a way to make it work?
Back again with another Phoenix Power Supply to take apart. This time a much bigger one than before. This one is rated at 24V 40A and has a 3 Phase power input. Let's try out some of the National / Panasonic NV-850 HiFi Stereo VCRs from my collection and see if we can get at least one of them working.
Some fault finding was required for this. The service manual is very helpful.
