Why you should do cardio daily!
Cardio is a great way to start your day and get your mind right. We look to other ways to make us happy or put off stress. But I find cardio helps me to release my stress in a productive way. Next thing we look to explore is how to do cardio. Cardio can be tough and boring for some. We can find cardio to become a burden to carry daily.
