Lest We Forget
Part III of my 2nd trip to Kanchanaburi I take an emotional journey to Hellfire Pass and have a look at what It's was like for those poor souls that didn't come back and those that did make it home.
This Video a little longer than I usually post but I think they deserve for everyone to see.
It was oppressively hot, stifling humidity and reading the story of what transpired here brought me to tears several times.
I hope you enjoy this journey and for those of you who lost family here or had family return scarred by this place I hope this is warming for you that they are always remembered.

Now the Thai PM has made an announcement that beginning to open up as of November 1 vaccinated people can travel to Thailand without quarantine. Please see the relevant Thai consul or embassy (Things change every day here) in your own country for required documentation as I believe they've scrapped the Certificate of Entry for something called Thai Pass.
Many restrictions and curfew will be lifted for travellers that are vaccinated
December 1st most restrictions will be lifted ie. Bars and massage open etc, curfew lifted, alcohol will be served legally.
