Mens Long Hairstyle Inspiration on Instagram - Best Accounts to Follow
If you’re on the long hair bandwagon right now and need some mens long hair inspiration, you are definitely watch the right video lol.
Now I know a lot of you come here for the long hair content, you come here for the hair growth content, which is awesome, but I also kind of just wanted to go out on a whim here and sort of give credit to other people on the internet that I get my long hair inspo from.
It's probably to my detriment that I'm showing you other people that have cool long hair, but seriously this is where I get all of my long hair inspo and my looks.
I’m like a style chameleon really. I usually get my inspiration from many different places and I put it all together to make up my own image.
There's a few mens long hair profiles in particular that I follow on instagram for different reasons, which we're gonna going be having a look at in this video.
So, hopefully you guys get some inspo from them as well.
Profile 1: Brock O’hurn

Now, if you haven't heard of Brock O'hurn yet, I'd be very surprised. So, years and years and years ago, probably about maybe six years or seven years, when the man bun started to get really popular this guy was everywhere on TV.
He had a real trend for the man bun going on. Now, the thing I like about Brock O'hurn is he has super, super long hair but-- but at the same time has a really buff appearance. He's probably the more masculine long haired guy that I could think of or that I follow, and the thing I really like about him is body inspo as well as the long hair.
Profile 2: Lithunium Snow

Wwith lithunium, I don't think I would ever wear the same things that he does, and the type of content he makes is more, it's more androgynous and really like out there. He plays a lot with makeup and does a lot of braiding and wigs and things like that.
He does have long hair, like generally, but he also plays around with the wigs and really likes to switch up his look.
Profile 3: Jay Alvarrez

The next one is going to be Jay Alvarrez. I Love Jay Alvarrez. You probably see, he always pops in on the side. Kim knows my asphyxiation with this guy. Now, the thing with Jay, he doesn't make content about his hair at all.
He's just got hair that you look at and you're like, "Damn, I need that for inspo". He just has great looks.

We did a recreation of the Kim Kardashian champaign photoshoot with Paper Magazine and I totally had a ball!
The hairstyle we achieved in this video was one that I originally saw in an M.I.A film clip and I immediately was inspired. I did really cool instagram post about it as well and a few people asked me for a tutorial, so here it is!....but on a girl. I will do one on me eventually I promise :)

Has it really been six months of hair growth already?!?!?!
Hey guys and welcome to my sixth monthly hair growth check in and well, I actually feel so scattered writing this description right now lol.
I’m working on quite a few projects at the minute which ultimately makes me happy. I just have the tendency to take on too much sometimes & I guess that’s why I feel a bit scattered.
But nonetheless, I’m actually feeling quite fulfilled with everything I’m doing at the moment. My full time job is pumping right now and I’m learning SO much about digital automation which really interests me aside from hair so scattered or not, I’m actually in a really good place right now.
Anyway, now let’s get to the part we all came for, our hair growth journeys! Here’s the breakdown of how my month went.

So, I got to take a little trip down to Sydney this month to look after my sister's catS. That’s right, not 1 cat but 2 cats. For any of you who aren’t aware, integrating or introducing 2 cats who have never met each other before is an extremely daunting task especially if you’re not already a cat owner and have a really busy schedule.
However, I actually really ended up enjoying my time there and whilst I was there I made a new video about how I’ve been maintaining my stage 5 & 6 hair.

In this segment I had finally arrived back to the Gold Coast and checked in with another fresh new awkward stage look.

In this section I was testing how my curly hair turned out with an over application mousse. I’m testing so many different things right now and this was one of them. Unfortunately I didn’t get any shots from after I scrunched but I’m sure I made up for it with the drone footage…
Man than thing is wicked. I can’t believe how tight the AU government is getting with drones. Honesty, it’s like they don’t want anyone to have fun haha.

I also had a really good reflection this month just about how it’s so easy to let the state of our hair depict how we feel about ourselves. In today's video, we're gonna be talking about keratin treatments and taking a deep dive on what they are, and all of the things that I get asked about them. I thought I answered all of these questions when I did the keratin treatment video I did a while back. I actually went into the salon and got it done.

After making the above content, I still keep getting questions coming up about keratin treatments so in this video I just wanted to go through from A to Z everything you need to know about them.
I've listed the main questions that get asked about this and we're gonna cover them all today. We've got questions like:
Do keratin treatments cause cancer?
Do keratin treatments permanently straighten your hair?
How long does a keratin treatment last?
How much does a keratin treatment cost?
Do keratin treatments cause hair loss?
Do keratin treatments cause damage to your hair?
Who is a keratin treatment for?
These are all things that I didn't really take into account before I did the first keratin treatment video. I thought doing a full thing like this would be handy for anybody out there that's considering one.
A keratin treatment is great for anybody who struggles with frizz. If you struggle with frizz, you'll definitely know because, as soon as the weather gets humid, or you know, your hair gets a bit dry, I always say this in any blog post I write about keratin treatments or curly hair, because the hair cuticles on the outside of the hair, they actually expand and work like pores of the skin.
When a pore heats up or it gets more moisture, it opens and sweat comes out. Your hair is the same. So, it's not exactly like a hole in the hair. It's actually like a flake, like a scale and when the humidity comes along, it opens up and that's why your hair goes all frizzy.
