Since 2007, the Rubber Duck has been travelling around the world, and it is now staying on Victoria Harbour! It was created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, who has been practicing contemoporary inflatable art and craftsmanship to amplify the healing power of the classic bath buddy.
