Road crashes reportedly kill more people in Uganda and other Developing countries than anything else. Those lucky to survive such crashes often get away with permanent injuries including loss of limbs.
At just eleven years Lawrence Kitimbo was involved in a road crash that left him with one leg and trauma of the loss of his young brother who died on the spot. His other brother, like him, also lost a leg.
Such tragedy is a common occurrence in Uganda and can only be avoided through driving or walking cautiously on the roads.

State Minister for Lands, Housing and Urban Development Persis Namuganza has joined a section of Members of Parliament to progress the censure motion on Parliamentary commissioners.
Minister Namuganza condemned corruption while appending her signature on the notice of censure which is being led by MPS Theodre Sekikuubo and Sarah Opendi.
