Hey Guys,
This week I took you guys down to Fat Josh's hair salon (Phoenix & Fire) to get my hair done!
I pretty much got my usual and I keep forgetting how long my hair actually is! So this time when I asked for a trim I got him to cut it blunt (like Dora) and I'm really loving it.
I also learned that as hair gets longer it wants to separate itself and starts to look less full at the ends. This unfortunately is starting to happen to my hair because it's not a full head of hair as I have an undercut which makes me sad because I'd actually love to keep growing, but if it's going to look separated and thin, I guess I better not.
fat Josh used a new product in my hair which I am LOVING right now. It's called "Advanced Split End Therapy" by GHD. It pretty much seals your hair to repair split ends and make it feel a lot softer (works well for me as my hair is coarse as fuck) and it lasts for about 10 washes which I thought was cool.
Advanced Split End Therapy is not only for salon use either! it can be purchased and used at home by anyone! I've got a link to the GHD website right here if you want to investigate it. I wouldn't buy it until you've gotten a hair dresser to test it on you first though, just to make sure you like it.
Here's the link :http://bit.ly/1OgxIZ2

Hey Guys!
Today I'm talking about my after shower hair routine that helps me keep my hair in good condition.
If you have really frizzy dry hair like me you'll probably really enjoy a routine like this as it mostly focuses on adding moisture... like that's the main reason I do it lol.
So just to refresh you, I use a :
1. Anti Dandruff lotion to help prevent a flakey scalp.
2. A Detangler Spay to get rid of my knots.
3. 2 different types of leave-in conditioners for moisture and smoothness
4. Argan oil for extra silkiness and floppiness.
Any way so here are the 2 websites of both companies I like to use :

While I’m here on my man bun braids tangeon, I thought I’d take man bun braid styles to the next level by getting some braid hair extensions whilst I was on holiday in Bali.
Before I get started, as per usual, for anyone looking for hair growth inspo and support along your hair growth journey, feel free to join my free facebook group right here: https://manbunsandmanes.com/
Not sure if any of you have done much research into braid extensions but from my experience with theses I found the following:
- They are also made of seat belt material.
- Braid extension hairstyles are best achieved by tying it on itself as opposed to using hair accessories. (It’s just way too much hair lol)
- how to braid hair with extensions is actually 10292039304 times more complex than I thought. The extension starts at your roots and goes to your desired length.
- Braiding hair extensions in Bali are far cheaper to get done than in Australia, I only paid $90 Bucks for the whole job.
- Taking them out takes almost twice as long as putting them in especially if you are only one person lol.
- After having this done, I think I’ve achieved my best ever man bun with braids to date!
The main reason i went and got this done was because I’ve always been interested in braid extensions styles (just like the ones I showed you in this video) and I just love switching up my look in general. I really hope no one is offended and I hope you understand that I’m just having a bit of fun with it.
If any of you guys have thought about getting braid hair extensions, I strongly recommend it. I felt a little weird just after getting it done but after a couple hours I thought it was the best thing ever and think it’s something everyone should try at least once haha.
Please let me know what you think in the comments below and remember to smash the thumbs up button for me as it helps me out quite a bit!
Yours in good hair,

If you’re look for good halloween costume ideas for guys with long hair, this should serve as some inspiration!
Although Halloween costumes for men with long hair can seem somewhat limited, it’s actually the furthest thing from the truth, especially if you are into anime haha. In my search for good long hair halloween costumes to wear this year, I was looking at myself in the mirror just after having my Keratin hair treatment done and thought, “holy crap! I’m actually giving myself mega Super Android 17 vibes right now!
DBGT Super Android 17 has pretty much the exact same length hair as I do, we both have blue eyes and a lean slender body shape so it was kind of a no brainer for me and plus he is after all my favourite out of all the dragon ball gt characters!
Before I actually put my dragon ball super android 17 halloween outfit together, I thought I’d have a look online to see if I could buy the legit outfit somewhere rather than try and make everything from scratch and I could find anything exact or in my price range. I didn’t really want to spend too much on my costume as it’s probably something I’m only going to wear once and I wondered hard dragon ball z halloween costumes could really be to make. In short, I accepted the challenge lol.
So with a budget of four dollars, I went through my closet, found a tight fitting thermal shirt my mum bought me before I moved to Canada, a pair of jeans that would do the trick, my pair of doc martens that were the only thing I have that remotely matched what super android 17 actually wears. I obviously didn’t have any army vests or gold cuffs lying around so I thought we’d skip that idea and as for the gloves I just used my gym gloves that have the fingers cut out. They weren’t exact but still added android vibes to the look.
From there the only other thing I really needed to exude my android 17 super look was the orange bandana. That is like the one piece that clearly identifies super android 17 as he wears it in both normal and super form.
All I had to do for the bandana was pop down to spotlight (a local fabric store here in Australia) and take an existing bandana I had, find the exact colour and have them replicate the shape and it worked a treat!
Bear in mind too guys this is my first cosplay ever and I know the look isn’t 100% polished but I’m still really interested to hear your thoughts! (go easy on me haha)
If any of you also have some good ideas on halloween costumes for guys with long hair, I’d be more than happy to hear about it in the comments section!
On a finishing note, who is your favourite Dragon Ball Character? Aside from Super Android 17, I really love Majin Buu (all forms) and baby dragon ball gt style.
I also think my favourite scene from dragon ball

Ok So I've been seeing this Tymo hair dryer ALL OVER my social media news feeds lately and it's commonly compared to the all expensive Dyson hair dryer that's some how valued at $600 aud...
When I purchased my Dyson supersonic hair dryer in August of 2020, Dyson was selling them for $550 aud so since then, they've jacked up the price by 50 bucks for some reason...
My guess is either the Dyson Hair Team have come up with some new break through for the device leading it to the price increase or the new flyaway tamer nozzle is just really expensive to produce! ?
Either way, I can't lie. I really do love my Dyson dryer but I still find it a bit difficult to fathom that there's a hair dryer on the market that's actually this expensive... It's almost crazy right?
And what makes things even more interesting is that there's new brands popping up now left right and centre (like Tymo) who are jumping in on the competition and offering a very similar product to the Dyson Supersonic but for a fraction of the cost.
Let's review...
If we compare the features between the Tymo blow dryer & the Dyson blow dryer, both of them:
- Avoid using extreme heat. The Dyson dryer goes to a maximum of 105 degrees celcius and the Tymo hair dryer has a maximum of 100. So both have similar heat capacities.
- Have high speed airflow whihc enables the device to blow dry hair extremely fast.
- Have an array of styling nozzle attachments to manipulate your choice of blow dry hairstyle.
- And both are very popular amounst consumers. Some of the Dyson reviews are out of this world saying that the dryer is the best thing they've ever bought and the Tymo reviews aren't bad either.
So side by side on paper, these hair dryers seem to be very equally matched, mechanically speaking.
But the only way to know is to test them out and see the results. Which is exactly why I've made this video haha. I was pretty gob smacked and the final result actually and I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
If you want to learn more about Dyson for hair care, you can read all about their hair technology here: https://www.dyson.com.au/products/hair-care

NOTE: Learning how to blow dry your hair, particularly as a male who has never done it before, can take a bit of time and practice. So be patient and enjoy the process!

00:23 - Actually Starting to Miss My Long Hair
I was wondering when exactly the moment I would actually start missing my long hair would come and it took 95 days after cutting my hair off for it to actually happen haha. This whole time I’ve been pretty chill and content with the process.
The maintenance has been low and I kinda enjoyed having a little 3 month break & now I finally want my long hair back.

Woohoo, 100 days down and only 298430483 more to go! What a Milestone huh. Hey guys and welcome back for another hair video.
Today I’m just going to be running you through a few really handy man bun styles hacks I use on my long hair for when I’m either at the gym or doing exercise.
Here's what I use to make my Bungee cords:
Hair ties for sports: https://amzn.to/2LTbO5u
Bobby pins: https://amzn.to/3bTGPRh
Long hair can be a little annoying to work with whilst being active so I hope you get some value from this video and walk away with something you can implement for yourself.
And as always, if you enjoy what you see today please make sure you give this video a big thumbs up because you know it really helps me reach more people on YouTube and don’t forget to hit the notifications button so you don’t miss any of my future posts.
In terms of what you’ll need to achieve all the styles and techniques mentioned in this video,
All you’ll need is 2 hair ties and 2 bobby pins at minimum or 4 at maximum.
Now, let’s get into these long hairstyles for exercising.
The first technique/style is the Agility Man Bun.
This style and technique is great for sports activities like bootcamp, playing soccer, basketball or any activity that requires short, sharp and fast movements.
Although this man bun looks just like a normal man bun, the construction of it is way more intricate than you think.
To achieve this style you’ll first want to grab 1 of your hair ties and just secure your hair into a bun as you normally would.
Then once you’re happy with the placement, the next thing you’re going to want to do is grab your second hair tie and attach 2 bobby pins to it making sure they are directly opposite each other. Congratulations you just made your first bungee cord.
From there, you’ll want to insert 1 of your bobby pins into the base of your bun at the top and then wrap the attached hair tie around your bun until you feel the bun tighten.
One the elastic becomes difficult to stretch any further, you then just wanna secure it in using the other bobby pin that you placed on the hair tie previous.
This technique is normally used by professional hairstylists to ensure their clients hair is really secure and move an inch for a really long period of time.
The reason it’s so effective as well is because it customises the length and tightness of the elastic to your own specific hair. So it doesn’t matter what thickness or density you have, you can always have an elastic that fits your hair perfectly.
It’s one of the best things I’ve learnt at hairstylist school and it works really well for sport and movement trust me.
To finish this hairstyle up, you may have stray dangly bits hanging out of the bun everywhere which is normal, but to get rid of those, I just coil them around the bun and then use one o

Israel Reyes -
Started to grow my hair out to save money at first but now I'm growing it out until my first born, then I'm going to cut it all off and donate it. Maybe ?. Been growing it out for about 2 years or a little more.
Mukarram Arbee -
Having long hair is so cool. I found with short hair you have to style and comb it a certain way. With long hair even untidy you look cool. Having long hair makes me feel like a badass. I can wear it neat during work with my suite. After hours I groom it for fun time.
Jake JD -
I was in the army from a young age and never got the chance to grow my hair, I'm 38 now and thought let's give it a go, I have been growing it cor 11 months now and until now I never knew I even had curly hair as I have always had it short.
Adam Sharkey -
I’ve had short hair for 30 years of my life. I was afraid to let it grow as I've always had a need to control it. My hair is super curly and super thick. I'm using it as a way to let go of this control and be confident in who I am and also to disperse the image I’ve had of myself and what I should look like. It's not even long yet, but I freaking out with how curly it gets. ??
Dayne Edgar -
It’s been crazy to see how much a haircut can change my physical appearance. However, I decided to grow my hair out to donate it. Now I can give my hair to someone who lost the ability to grow their own and give them a more comfortable lifestyle!
Daniel Lunn -
I started to grow mine to support my nephew growing his as he was getting bullied, his end goal was to grow to cut to donate, hes fulfilled his goal, now that is my goal also, won't be long until mine is ready for the big cut!
Wil Clark -
For the first 30 years of my life, I've always kept my hair short. Then all of a sudden, I wanted to do something different. I wasn't sure if I would be able to have the patience to grow out my hair.
Then there's that society perception that guys should have short hair especially to look professional. It's still annoying to know some people act like it's only a girl thing.
To me, it's just something society has conditioned people to think. I've alwa
