Note that this is NOT the original compressor on Low-V #5466. According to youtube user electricrailwayman, this, and 2 of the 4 low-v cars at NYCT were rebuilt with WABCO D-3 compressors for the 1979 Diamond Jubilee. BERA has since replaced the D-3 compressor with this model.
Former Westinghouse cars from the mainline Redbird SMEEs were retrofitted with WABCO D-4 compressors after they were rebuilt.
WABCO, now WABTEC, still manufactures this model of compressor to this day.

On debug mode, the maximum allowed speed is 10, but the chart speed can go beyond 10 if you edit the song's .json file with any text editor (i use Notepad++). There isn't really any true speed limit, but the faster you go, the more unplayable it becomes, even for FNFBOT.
Speed 15: should still be playable for the experts of experts. FNFBOT has no issues keeping up.
Speed 20: the opponent will start missing notes, and it took two tries to get the timing right for FNFBOT to keep up, despite missing a few notes.
Speed 25: The opponent is missing more notes, and FNFBOT is STRUGGLING to keep up, even with the timing adjusted several times

This is the NEW channel intro i will be using for long videos in the future!
Was a real pain in the ass animating the logo frames one-by-one, but it was worth it.
Used a combination of Adobe After Effects CC 2015, and Final Cut Pro X for the final result.

April 21 marked the 100th Anniversary of the original stations of the IRT Flushing Line, which were between Queensboro Plaza and 103rd St - Corona Plaza
A special museum train of Mainline R33s painted in various color schemes and a pair of World's Fair R36s sporting the redbird paint scheme ran on the 7 line to commemorate the event, between Grand Central to Main St, Flushing, making a single one-way trip, making all local stops.
Fun Facts:
103rd St was originally named Alburtis Avenue when the line first opened.
The IRT and BMT originally shared trackage on both the Astoria El and the Flushing El, until 1949, when the Astoria El was converted to BMT, and the Flushing Line became strictly IRT. BMT trains were designated as the "9" when running on the Flushing line, and IRT trains were designated as the "8" when running on the Astoria line. All trains running on the two branches were built to IRT specifications.
Despite the 7 being an A division route, all communications is done via the B Division's "BMT" channel due to the "IRT" channel being out of range in Queens.
The Astoria Line is the Flushing Line's only connection to the rest of the subway system, at Queensboro Plaza, where it is the only station in the system to offer an across-the-platform transfer between two divisions (the 7 being A division and the N/W being B division).

Step-up transformers only do one thing: raise or lower the voltage, but the one thing it can't do is change the frequency.
This method not only changes the voltage, but also the frequency!

When the New York MTA was still running their vintage buses along the M42 bus line, GMC New Look 100 was among those in service.
On December 2, 2014, GMC New Look 100 had trouble starting up, probably due to the cold weather, as it eventually began to snow, requiring the other vintage buses to pull in at the depot.
This was shot exactly 7 years ago.
