There are long tunas and octopuses coming from the water, so be sure to watch for them as you use the cloud platforms to cross. Defeat some snails and ride the platforms that move sideways. Continue crossing with the cloud platforms as octopuses and long tunas keep appearing. Defeat a dancing kitty and a fairy will appear from the next egg. When a ninja appears from behind, rocks will start rolling by. Continue crossing the platforms, and after seeing a flock of crows, you’ll reach the goal.

At Seafoam Islands, the gym of Cinnabar Island has relocated there after the original gym perished in an eruption long ago. Interact with some trainers and battle them so that they clear the path. After defeating every original trainer, you’ll be able to take on the gym leader. Blaine uses Fire type Pokémon. Magcargo will use Sunny Day to change the weather for 5 turns and Smog for a 40% chance of poisoning the target. Magmar will use Confuse Ray to confuse the target and Thunderpunch for a 10% chance of paralyzing the target. Rapidash will use Quick Attack to strike first and Flare Blitz to deal a lot of damage at the expense of its own HP. After the battle, you’ll receive the Volcano Badge and a TM50 (Overheat). After receiving the National Dex, go back to Snowpoint City and enter the Snowpoint Temple. Go to the lowest floor of the temple and you’ll see Regigigas. To awaken Regigigas, you need all 3 of the Regi Trio in your team. If you have Regirock, Regice, and Registeel with you when you interact, you’ll awaken this Pokémon, but save your game first before doing so. Regigigas is on Level 1 in this version so make sure you have a Pokémon that knows False Swipe. Regigigas has an ability called Slow Start, in which it has only half its Attack and Speed for the first 5 turns upon entry to battle. Dusk Balls are recommended. If Regigigas reaches Level 75, it will learn its signature move called Crush Grip. Crush Grip inflicts damage depending on the target’s HP.

After completing the mission at Stark Mountain, talk to Buck at the Survival Area and he will return the Magma Stone. Go back to Stark Mountain where you stopped Team Galactic in the deepest room and you’ll find Heatran there. Save your game before you interact with it. Heatran is on Level 50. Fire type moves are ineffective due to its Flash Fire ability. Dusk Balls would be recommended to capture it. If Heatran reaches Level 96, it will learn its signature move called Magma Storm. Magma Storm traps the target in swirling magma for 2-5 turns and prevents it from fleeing or switching out.

After a 48-win streak at the Battle Arcade, you’ll battle Dahlia once more. Her Zapdos could be the hard part, but if you have a move like Stone Edge, it shouldn’t be a problem. Blaziken will use Superpower to cause massive damage but its stats will lower in the process. Even if you become evasive with Double Team or use a Steel type, Togekiss can always benefit with Aura Sphere. After winning, you’ll receive the Gold Print and 20 BP.
