How I Came To Know I Have ADHD Inattentive Type
How I Came to Know I have ADHD Inattentive Type is a long story. A story of repeated failures and lessons not learned. A story of quits, daydreams, and one more times. It took me years of falling down and getting back up, and seeking to find the answers as to why I am the way I am. Once I looked into ADHD Inattentive Type I knew I found my answer! It was ADHD all along. I never even considered the thought...and now looking into it, my whole life makes sense. Finding out I have ADHD was the ah ha moment I had been looking for most of my adult life. I am so grateful to all the knowledge I am finding and will continue to find. It wasn't what I thought but it was very interesting. More of the journey to come. But in the mean time, if you watch my symptoms videos and you think you have ADHD I would definitely get tested for ADHD at least to rule out the confusion of what you may have. My mental health motivation for you in 2022! I know it has been a while since I have uploaded a video but I am back and wanted to start the year off with my "mental health motivation" for anyone who needs a jump start to their year... Tips for ADHD in High School. High School was a challenge at first for me. I had terrible grades at first but eventually found my groove and graduated as a not so bad student with all A's my senior year! I didn't even know I had ADHD but navigated my time there by applying myself. I learned what worked for me and stuck with it. I made the decision to care and started applying myself to getting better grades! I wasn't the best student we had but was proud at how I turned it all around. Looking back I am especially proud that I did it all without knowing I have ADHD. I share my experience and tips in this video and hope they help and inspire you to realize you can "get it done" ...in the words of my mother. I will explore the intersection of these two topics and provide practical strategies to help individuals and their loved ones navigate these experiences. Speaking from experience, I know loss sucks, and looking into the connection between Adult ADHD and Grief has been really helpful for me. I wish I would have looked into this sooner, but better late than never!!! A quick reminder that Adult ADHD is a neurological condition that can significantly impact an individual's daily life, from work to relationships. With that said, coping with grief is a universal human experience, and it can be even MORE complex when coupled with the challenges of ADHD. Let me just say, that I concur.
