Eager Plastics EP9009 Plasticizer w/ SLA 3D Printing Resin
My Kudo3D Titan 1 printer was in use with other experiments, so I tested this outside the printer using the UV curing chamber.
EP9009 plasticizer is listed for use with all of Eager Plastics' casting systems, and I found it also to work with MakerJuice G+ resin, making it less brittle and more flexible. It isn't magic though. Since the more plasticizer you put in, the less polymer base there is, there will be a tradeoff. At the 10-20% range, you'll likely see a substantially tougher part since there may be a modest loss of tensile strength in exchange for substantially more elongation. At the 50% I demonstrate in the video, you'll get a substantially more fleixble part, but it will also be weaker. This might get you to a more ABS-like texture, but won't make a flexible resin on its own.
At something like $40-50 a quart, it's cheaper than photopolymer resin.
LED flashlight handle set printed in FunToDo resin. The whole set printed in about 2.5 hours, which is way faster than on my Printrbot Jr., where each piece took 4 hours.

Printing an iPhone bumper.
No narration here so that TItan 1 owners can listen to the sounds and observe closely what happens during a print.
I move the camera a bit after the first minute to show the print process from a few different angles, a bit shaky while I'm moving until I reach different stable positions.

Force testing part printed on the version 2 and 1 vat compared. This part shouldn't really be printed in this orientation, but I designed it to be a kind of "SLA torture object" to demonstrate differences between the two vats. It did happen that both parts failed on the v1 vat, while only 1 part failed on the v2 vat.
