[MK8DX]Getting Closer to the 13k Checkpoint (Worldwide) *Discord Call*
Haven't done one of these in a long time because from the previous full-scale MK8DX video to this one, I probably should stop caring for what YouTube's bots were horribly programmed to do.
Anyways, I do a set of races with Yasuhiro the Ninja (https://www.youtube.com/Tokusuke20) and Jordan (no known YouTube account) just to see how close I can get to 13k.

Tonight, we're looking into a relic that isn't that old....
Strider Hiryu by SyN (who was probably known as Sinasta 1, definitely now known as Negative Edge) would be SyN's final character before completely retiring from MUGEN. Even though the AI isn't as brutal as Splode's Strider Hiryu, it's still reminiscent of how Insane Hiryu's AI behaved (doesn't do much of anything unless he's close to you).
At any given rate, I'd have to say that this creation is for people who want some accuracy (This build's Ragnarok is buggy even if I get hit by it) to source but don't mind a little lightshow. I would personally stick with Splode's if you want source accuracy (and better AI) and DivineWolf's if you like P.o.t.S-style stuff. SyN's is pretty good, but that Ragnarok bug needs to be ironed out.

Guile and Johnny Cage, both by Mauteck
While Brazil MUGEN Team has mostly gems, some of their stuff tends to be hit and miss, but Mauteck? Back in the day, he's got nothing but complaints, and once I went up against them, I can see why. Johnny Cage has a super that deals like nearly half of your life, and Guile can have more than one projectile on screen without the use of his Sonic Break (WTF WHY DOES HE HAVE THIS MOVE!?)

Descolor's Cyborg T-8P (me)

Mauteck's Johnny Cage (AI)

So, it has reached the point where one of Steam's DLLs can give me the finger and crash any game I play at any given point in time.

Watch as the player pulls kickass strategies with such precision and skill such as:
1. Hiding in ink!
2. Jumping in the water when position is compromised!
3. Throwing Fizzy Bombs offstage!
BTW, I was the Forge Splattershot Pro in this one. Seriously, people like them are better off not playing the game.

Thanks to the work of Nezarn and his MKDX Resolution Shader patcher, we can now patch the game to support resolutions higher (but not lower, sadly), than 1360x768, the game's native resolution. This requires the absolute latest version of Teknoparrot (http://teknoparrot.com) the game itself, obviously (You might want to look for that yourself), and the Shader patcher (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/539568423999504384/644903471228649482/MKDX_ShaderResolution_fix.7z)
Now, some elements of the game may be off (especially with National Battle) and some of said elements have a knack of fixing itself, and those with NVIDIA GPUs may have issues getting it to function properly (for the time being, anyway), but for the most part, it's actually working.
Here, I demonstrate the game's 1440p capabilities, but keep in mind that as long as it's higher than 1360x768, the game fully supports just about any aspect ratio and any resolutions like 4K, 5K, and even 8K.

Ingame overlays and the ability to join any lobby make this the best version of the tool yet. However, there is still room for improvement.
