America's S***hole 2: Seattle Homeless Get Boot While City Council Gives Cash to Illegals
Matthew Heines examines the obvious contradiction with Seattle's politicians booting out its homeless citizens while taxing other citizens to help illegal immigration into an area that already has housing shortages and poor who need assistance. While I do not reside in Seattle, I have driven through and seen the incredible homeless encampments along the major roads. The 10,000 estimated Seattle homeless is a relatively recent phenomenon in its scope. But don't worry, Amazon and Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin space venture will be fine . . . .

The extreme high temperature reentry and seamless (and steamless!) splashdown phases of the space programs have been less than thoroughly explored. The 100% success rate of returning live astronauts begs credulity. From the mere size of the enormous parachutes that must be packed tight like wood (according to NASA) inside these confined modules to the speed, heat and impact problems, the problems are myriad. Yet, there have never been casualties or astronauts lost upon reentry! Not to mention they splash down without any steam emitted upon impact even though they are 2700 degrees upon reentry! Meanwhile, there are asteroids just miss hitting the planet this week but they never threaten a space vehicle . . .
