They overstepped their authority and trampled on the Canadian Bill of Rights. They destroyed thousands of businesses across Alberta. They caused suffering and death due to ignoring everything but COVID. They locked up grandparents in their nursing homes and let them die alone. They chained up my restaurant for 6 weeks, and threw me in jail, (they're trying to put me in jail again!) They won't listen to us and they think they have supreme authority over us without accountability for their actions. They're wrong. We've had enough! I'm SUING the Alberta Government, Alberta Health Service, Dr. Deena Hinshaw, and the Crown for their role in violating our Constitutional rights without justification, without evidence to back up their restrictions and without a care for being held to account. I'm not asking for money as a remedy from the Government, I'm asking the court to compel them to declare the Public Health act ILLEGAL in order to open the door for ANY other affected Albertan to file their claim for the devastation this caused to them. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
