In Avengers: Endgame, the Hulk uses the Infinity Gauntlet to snap all of the people removed from the Universe by Thanos to bring them back. It damages his right arm, an injury that might be permanent for the big green monster. At the climax of the fight, Tony Stark collects all of the Infinity Stones from Thanos and snaps all of the enemies into dust. The effort kills him.
