Today I'll be showing you guys how the vacuum secondary system works on a holley carb. This particular carb is a holley 80457S vacuum secondary aluminum main body. This holley carb had a stuck accelerator pump and plugged air bleeds. It made it really hard to keep running so we had to take it off and swap it for a holley 1850. The 1850 is also a 600 cfm carb but it is a zinc body instead of aluminum. Today I'm showing you guys how to tune the vacuum secondaries on a holley. Its not rocket science, and with a little bit of effort, you can get your vacuum secondary carb running like efi.

Today we will be going over 5 major flaws in the design on the dodge w100 built from 1972 to 1993. These problems vary throughout the years and not everything may be applicable to every truck from that era. Most of the problems listed apply to the older trucks but several changes can be made to the newer ones to upgrade them in the same fashion. These 4x4 trucks are excellent when properly set up, but they can quickly become a deathtrap if not taken care of properly. Anyone with an old power wagon or w100 truck will benefit from these mods and hopefully we can get some more enthusiasm for these old girls.
DODGE POWER WAGON RESTOMOD | Rebuilding the 1975 Dodge W100 Part 3 |
We are back! Its been a solid 10 months since we have been working non stop to get our truck working together. The demon carb is working like a beast, the new front winch bumper is super sweet and functional and the wheels and tire combos are now matching and the spacing is almost finished setting up. I got the truck driving every single day, putting in work and working out all the bugs. Still need to finish fine tuning the electrical and get all that wired up as well as install a full stereo system in the dash in order to help it stabilize and prevent it from jumping. I will be removing 1 leaf in the near future so soften up the ride a bit since we will be switching gears in terms of what the truck will be used for. Stay tuned and watching this w100 power wagon continue to get built from the ground up and hopefully we will be ready for show time by next year!

Dodge d100 restoration PART DOS is up! Great things are happing to this old mopar and not too many people are too happy with LS swapping a classic truck like this. D100s and w100s are a great platform to do just about whatever you want, so I hope you enjoy this power wagon restoration!
It time to begin the transformation of this old rusty '75 dodge D100! This has been a huge work in progress so I hope it all pans out in the end, wish me luck! The Truck is originally a w100 adventurer, but over time the old tranny gave out and we swapped in a 2wd nv3500 and it was like that until we swapped in a R150F and returned it into its former glory as a w100. The LS Swap doesn't seem to hurt the old power wagon either lol.

We also have the new Smart Spark TA2 which is designed for competition class racing. We also have the tradition smartspark LS as well as the CD1 ignition box. The WEGO widebands also made an appearance as well as many others, too many to list. Check out the website below for more info!

Today I will be showing you guys how to weld up your own divided turbo flange or merge collector. This video is a part of a series of videos where you can learn to build your own cars as well as build your own turbo systems. The lesson in todays question revolves around taking a standard t4 turbo flange and take several different size pipes, crushing them to the right shape, trimming off the excess and welding it all together with flux core or mig wire.
The video starts off with taking a standard size pipe and using a hammer to form it into the shape of the T4 flange flange. Since there are 2 holes, you need to make sure to keep on side away from the other side. The second step is to outline where the exhaust pipe will be trimmed. The third step is to trim the pipe and fit it onto the divided turbo flange and thats all that there is too it. You can acomplish this task using a regular flux core welder or if you have access to a mig welder, you can mig weld the pipes together instead.
