How To OVERCOME Distractions - Find Inner Discipline & Motivation
To be distracted means whenever you try to accomplish a task but your attention is gripped by something other than your primary task, and you leave that task incomplete in order to pursue short term gratification. In a fraction of a second, our subconscious mind has to decide which task does it want to pay its attention to. And if we haven't programmed our mind to be disciplined and motivated to perform a certain important task, then we won't be able to focus. So, in this video, we will talk about the ways through which you will be able to overcome your distractions and achieve anything you want.
Out of all 5 personality traits, Agreeableness is the one that can be the most confusing as it can easily be mixed with Extraversion or Neuroticism. But what separates it from the other dimensions is its power to make a person blind to his/her own needs. Females are more agreeable by nature as compared to men, as it is necessary a woman to be highly compassionate when she gives birth to a little human being who is really vulnerable and incapable of saving itself.
However, really high levels of this trait can make a person a pushover who is always being cheated and run over by others (disagreeable people).
In this series you will learn:
1. Big 5 Personality traits
2. Personality trait: Openness to Experience
3. Personality trait: Conscientiousness
4. Personality trait: Extraversion
5. Personality trait: Agreeableness
6. Personality trait: Neuroticism

Joker is one of the most popular and iconic super-villains in not only the DC universe but in the fantasy genre in general.
The Joker is portrayed as a criminal mastermind who is nihilistic and has a sadistic sense of humor. In the comics, Joker sometimes works with other villains of Gotham city but these relationships don't last long due to Joker's insatiable desire for creating chaos. His main aim throughout all comics and movies has been to make other people realize that deep down they are as evil as him and all they need is just a little push.
With his manipulation, Joker turned his psychiatrist Harleen Frances Quinzel into Harley Quinn, made Commissioner Gordon go crazy and led Harvey Dent to believe that being nice in this cruel world isn't worth it.
Joker represents a part of us that is so primordial but can be accessed at any time when needed. This subconscious relatability with the character makes it really interesting to have a deep psychological analysis and understand why he is the way he is.

This episode is for those who are still young and they are trying to find their purpose, the habits they should adopt, the type of mentors they should follow and most importantly they are in desperate need for some guidance and advise that a wise parent or grandparent would give them. This video is a corollary to the previous one that teaches you 10 Things to DO when you're young, because just like there is a lot of wrong advise for the things that you should be doing, there is equally wrong advise for the mistakes that you could avoid. So, watch both of these videos one by one to have a good understanding of what you should and shouldn't be doing at this stage of your life.
