Ron & Eppie bump up their throwing game in methodical flowing fashion. Using a couple of disc dog Flatwork tools, they work to dial in the leaping catch on the working flank.
This session is about more than making the throw and making a catch, and it's even more than making a leaping catch... Making a catchable throw is rather easy, making a throw that the dog intercepts on the line is a totally different story. Ron is working on creating a line, reading the dog, and delivering both the Flamingo and Flamingitis to the dog on that line. This is what the "Shapes" sub-element in UpDog Freestyle is evaluating.
