Picked up a Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 64GB during Cyber Monday for my wife to replace her iPad. She said she would read 50 Shades of Gray again if I got it for her which is basically like a man saying he is going to eat 4 1/2 bottles of Viagra so I agreed :P
During this video I unbox and review the Kindle Fire HDX against the Google Nexus 7 v2 (2013) since they are very similar but they also have quite a few differences. I think overall the Nexus 7 is a better device for the hardcore user like myself but for someone like my wife that has a more directed purpose and focus of reading books, Facebook, mailing, etc the Kindle is the easier more intuitive device to use and for watching movies it is hands down better since it has Dolby Stereo sound and is very comfortable to hold in landscape mode.
Kindle Fire HDX features the best display we have ever built on a 7" device, with unsurpassed pixel density (323 ppi) and perfect color accuracy (100% sRGB). The difference is noticeable:
"The new HDX display is one of the most gorgeous screens I have seen in a long time" —GigaOM

This footage is of my last and best runs taken on the 3rd day of my DirtFish Rally 3-Day class. The video doesn't do the speed justice but these were fast runs and my improvement was night and day by the end of the course. These guys are super professional and fun to learn from and I can't wait to go back again and take some more classes.
Don Wooten is an amazing instructor and great fun to drive with, I highly recommend him if you get a chance to attend the school. And if you have a death wish take a ride with Lee Clark :) This show is an independent production of Jerry Berg (aka Barnacules). I've been home sick for a week now so I've been spending a lot of time in my bedroom. I decided that today would be a good day to give an updated tour of the Man Cave Bedroom since I know a lot of you guys have been asking after seeing screenshots on Facebook and Twitter. I spend more time in the Man Cave Bedroom usually then I do in the Man Cave so I have to have my toys and gizmos and this video shows them all too you. Just like with my Man Cave the screen(s) are the center piece that make the room unique. I have a 90" projector screen powered by a LG 1080P light canon of a projector to provide me with an epic display for playing XBOX 360, Playstation 3 and even PC if I want. I also will be doing an unboxing today of the nVidia Shield in this room! I hope you guys enjoy the tour please leave your questions and comments below. I am a very interactive YouTube producer so if you leave a question there is a good chance it will get answered.

Due to the high costs associated with installing a full house central AC system or permanent installed split AC unit I've opted to use multiple portable air conditioners overs the years both Window units and floor standing units strategically placed throughout my house to give me more control over the humidity and temperate of those spaces. This little video will show you some of the tips and tricks I use to optimize my portable AC effectiveness cooling my spaces including some clever little tricks you may not have thought of. Since this is a short comedic video in addition to being education and informative I've included lots of extra information in the video description to help you out.
Here are a few of my all time favorite portable floor standing AC units
*Whynter ARC-145SH Floor Standing 14,000 BTU AC with built in heater (heats & cools)*
https://amzn.to/2Jt5ct1
This is my all time personal favorite floor standing AC unit because it's duel hose design means it pulls in air from outside to absorb the heat then exhausts it out of the other tube keeping the pressure in your house neutral instead of single hose units which pull air from inside of your house meaning that it has to create negative pressure in your home by pulling in more hot outside air through cracks under doors, around windows and through your bathroom vents. This kills the efficiency of those units and also ends up pulling in smells from your neighborhood, etc which is unpleasant sometimes. This unit also doesn't need a drain hose because it circulates the moisture collected back outside. This model also has a heater built in so it can pump heat into your room in the cold winter months so you don't have to heat your entire house using your furnace to save on electricity if you want your bedroom toaster than the rest of the house for instance.,

Update
Kevin O'Neill - dasKeyboard
Howdy, barnacules! Just wanted to point out that with our newest Professional Model S keyboards (Quiet Key Design included), the media keys are fully functional over either connection -- USB or PS2. So now you can have your media keys and your NKRO, too! Thanks for the great review.
I just received my 4th dasKeyboard with the new Cherry MX Red switches to make it virtually silent. I now own every dasKeyboard with Brown, Blue and now Red switches and I love them all. The red switches make the keyboard the most quiet keyboard dasKeyboard has ever made and it's great for environments where noise is an issue while typing. I love my super loud blue switches when I'm typing at work because I feel that it motivates me however at home when I'm recording game play footage I wanted a keyboard that produces less noise but still felt completely solid and dasKeyboard delivers on that with this new offering.

** UPDATE ** I checked the invoice and I paid $60 for it at the time, but now it retails for over $100 and I would not purchase it at that price, $60 is even pushing it...

I picked up this JLAB The Bouncer speaker from NewEgg.com during black Friday last month and finally got around to opening it. I discovered during the video it was a customer return and the remote control was missing but that didn't degrade from the review since the speaker still works fantastic. The speaker sounds great at low volume but tends to be a little too heavy on the bass and will distort at high volume when playing really bass filled music. For the price I paid it has amazing sound and at low volume it sounds amazing and the treble and mid-range is really nice too. You can use it with the AUX input cable or via Bluetooth but I found there was a little background noise (static) at high volume with the cable but Bluetooth is very nice and clean (not really what I expected). I would recommend this speaker if you could get it for under $60 otherwise I would just spend the extra money and get a Bose or Jawbone type compact Bluetooth speaker since they both have better bass, sound stage and spread out sound.
Bounce the Party -- Turn your study into a concert hall with warm, rich, full bodied sound or your living room into a dance floor with club shaking bass and super clear mids and highs. From dorm rooms to upper west side lofts, the Bouncer's got all the muscle you need to bounce the party.
Feel the Beat -- With a pair of custom-designed super drivers and dual, high-flow rear-bass ports, the Bouncer's got the power to back up the swag. Finely tuned with real-time digital audio processing, and JLab's legendary sound signature.
