Three years ago I uploaded the first ( and longer)version of this, and I'm happy to report that since then nothing has changed! The beady eyes amongst you will see a magpie, and listen out for the cyclist passing behind me. Unfortunately near the end, my dog caught sight of a squirrel and made me nearly lose my balance! Enjoy the brief slice of nature!

An autumn walk on Paull Holme Strays, which is a nature reserve along part of the River Humber. This part takes you from the river bank to St Andrew’s church on the left, and the continuation of the reserve on the right. My husband and I took Teddy to see relatives, and had a fantastic time running up and down chasing a ball, but instead of going to the water dish for a drink, he thought it more fun to go to the pond for refreshment with a few close calls of nearly falling in!
